Complete cleaning/servicing and repairs of Ceiling Suspended Air Handling Units installed in library of GMC, Jammu by way of cleaning of pre-filters, chemical cleaning of cooling coil, spraying chemical cleaner over the coil surface using jet cleaner pump on both sides of coil for at least 20 minutes and then spraying the coil with fresh water till the foam goes away or till the chemical is washed off and the cleaning process is repeated till the fins and cooling coil are totally cleaned. The job also includes greasing of motor bearings and cleaning of duct as per requirement at site to clear the blockage. The job includes all blowers alignment for vibration and noise control. The job includes cost of material, carriage, taxes and labour charges.

Repair and cleaning/servicing of Air Handling Units-04 Nos installed in Auditorium of GMC Jammu by way of cleaning of prefilters, chemical cleaning of cooling coil, spraying chemical cleaner over the coil surface using jet cleaner pump on both sides of coil for at least 20 minutes and then spraying the coil with fresh water till the foam goes away or till the chemical is washed off and the cleaning process is repeated till the fins and cooling coil are totally cleaned. The job also includes greasing of motor bearings and cleaning of duct as per requirement at site to clear the blockage. The job includes p/f of V-belts and checking/repair to blower alignment. The job includes cost of material, carriage, taxes and labour charges.

Repair and servicing of 250 KW Hot water generator-I installed at Library/auditorium of GMC Jammu by way of cleaning of MS tank with suitable chemicals after disconnecting the power supply and extracting the heating elements from the tank. Checking the leakages of the tank and repairs to the same by way of welding at the leakage spots with the help of welding machine. Checking of electrical heating elements immersion type having copper tube chrome plated heating element and Providing & fitting of new heating elements 04Nos of 25KW capacity each for HWG in place of damaged/burnt ones. Job includes repairs to its panel by providing and fitting of contactors, HRC fuses, SPNs as per site requirement along with wiring with proper thimbling in place of damaged/burnt ones. Complete job includes cost of material, carriage, taxes, skilled labour charges etc.
