Supplying, fitting and fixing of stainless steel of 304 grade in hand railing using 50mm dia of 2mm thick circular pipe with Balustrade of size 32mm x 32mm x 2mm @ 0.90 Mtr. C/C and stainless square pipe bracing of size 32mm x 32mm x 2mm in 3 rows in staircase as per approved design and specification, buffinhg, polishing etc. with cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for the work complete in all respect.

Fixing tiles in floors treads or steps and landing on 25mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:1 (1 cement : 1 sand) jointed with neat cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles compelte including cost of ceramic floor tiles of approved shade

Fixing tiles in dados skiring and risers of steps on 12mm thick cement plaster (1:3) joined with neat cement slurry mixed with pigments to match the shade of the tiles including cost of ceramic wall tiles of approved shade

Finishing wall surface with acrylic wall putty (Water based) to achieve smooth surface with all cost of labour, T&P , materials etc. complete.

Supplying all materials, labour, T&P for applying two coats of weather copt painting over a coat of primer to out side and inside wall surface etc. complete.

2.5cm thick grading concrete (1:2:2) on roof slab with 12mm and down grade size hg chips

Fixing Granite stone in dados skiring and risers of steps on 12mm thick cement plaster (1:3) joined with neat cement slurry mixed with pigments to match the shade of the tiles including rubbing and polishing ceomplete including cost of Granite stone.

Supply all material labour and T&P for fittings and fixing op PH material in position .
