Earthwork in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic Excavator)/manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 mtr. in width or 10 sqm. on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 mtr. including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 mtr in all kinds of soil by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 ( 1 cement:6 sand:12 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of formwork in foundation and plinth within all leads and lifts complete in all respect.

Providing & laying in position machine batched & machine mixed design mix M-20 grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work using cement content as per approved design mix including pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing & reinforcement including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate/retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength & durability as per direction of Engineer-in-charge in all works upto plinth level.(Cement Content @ 350 Kg/Cum.)

In foundation and footing

Vertical surfaces such as walls any thickness (but not less than 0.10 meter thickness including attached pilasters, buttresses plinth and string courses etc. from top of foundation (level) upto floor two level all complete as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

In suspended floor roofs landing shelves & their support balconies, beams, girders bressumers cantilevers upto floor two level with in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6( 1 cement:3 sand:6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of formwork in foundation and plinth within all leads and lifts complete in all respect.

Centring & Shuttering including strutting, propping etc. & removal of form all complete as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Foundations, Footings, Bases of Columns etc. for mass concrete

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement: 5 sand: 10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size with 15% plum and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in retaining wall/ breast wall. The size of plum shall usually be 150mm to 300mm in all respect and as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and Fixing M.S Manhole Cover of size 600 mm x 600 mm made up of 3.15 mm thick plain M.S sheet fixed in angle iron frame of 50 mm x 50 mm x 5 mm supported with MS flat of 50 mm x 5 mm at center of sheet including fixing hold fast ,hinges and locking arrangement and lock of medium size etc. all complete as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Laying , jointing & fixing Inlet, outlet & Scour pipe (LG) in trenches including within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (L.R.)
