Preparation of any type of existing surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with mechanical blower or brooms to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a tack coat of paving bitumen at 7.5 Kg per 10 Sqm with VG-10 using mechanical sprayer over the prepared surface complete all as specified and directed.
M& L for 50mm-100mm (consolidated thickness) premix dense bituminous macadam (DBM) grade 2 of IRC laid in multiple layers with minimum 4.5% of binder content by weight of total mix with paving bitumen VG-30 using hot mix plant with minimum marshal stability 900 kgs laid /rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber using necessary mechanical sensor paver and tandem vibratory roller of capacity exceeding 8 tonne but not exc 12 tonne complete all as specified and directed.
M& L for 50mm (consolidated thickness) premix dense bituminous macadam (DBM) grade 2 of IRC laid in single layer with minimum 4.5% of binder content by weight of total mix with paving bitumen VG-30 using hot mix plant with minimum marshal stability 900 kgs laid /rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber using necessary mechanical sensor paver and tandem vibratory roller of capacity exceeding 8 tonne but not exc 12 tonne complete all as specified and directed.
Notes for item No.2.00 & 3.00 :-(i) No price adjustment shall be applicable if excess quantity of binder content bitumen (VG-30) is used /approved in execution of work. (ii) Each layer shall be rolled and consolidated separetly. (iii) DBM shall be asper MORTH specification as detailed in particular specification. (iv) Trial bay as specified shall be prepared but no payment shall be made for the same and unit rate quoted shall be deemd to be included in this provision. (v) No price adjustment in quantity of cement/hydrated lime(filler) and anti-stripping agent (liquid type) if required as per approved design mix. (vi) Minus price adjustment shall be made for less quantity of binder paving bitumen as per approved design mix at Rs 55/Kg of less bitumen used.

Note : Tack coat of each layer shall be measured and paid separately.
M&L for providing, laying and consolidating 50mm thick premixed dense asphaltic concrete DAC-I of IRC (Marshal stability 12KN) using minimum 5.4% for DAC binder content by weight of total mix with performance grade PMB 70-10 (SBS) with service condition (E) based as per IS-15462-2019, laid /rolled in single layer and compacted to required gradient and camber using necessary mechanical sensor paver and tandem vibratory roller of capacity exceeding 8 tonne but not exc 12 tonne complete all as specified and directed.
M&L for providing, laying and consolidating 50mm thick premixed dense asphaltic concrete DAC-II of IRC (Marshal stability 14KN) using minimum 5.6% for DAC binder content by weight of total mix with performance grade PMB-70-10 (SBS) with service condition (E) based as per IS-15462-2019, laid /rolled in single layer and compacted to required gradient and camber using necessary mechanical sensor paver and tendam vibratory roller of capacity exceeding 8 tonne but not exc 12 tonne complete all as specified and directed.
Notes for item No.5.00 & 6.00 :- (i) No price adjustment shall be applicable if excess quantity of binder content (Polymer modified bitumen) is used / approved in execution of work under this item.
(ii) Minus price adjustment shall be made for less quantity of binder paving bitumen as per approved design mix at Rs 63/Kg of less bitumen used.
(iii) No adjustment in quantity of Cement/Hydrated lime (Filler) and Anti striping agent (liquid type) (if required) approved by GE, as per approved design mix shall be made.
(iv) Trial bay as specified in Sch 'A' notes shall be prepared but no payment shall be made for the same. Unit rate quoted shall be inclusive of this provision.
(v) DAC shall be asper MORTH specification as detailed in particular specification.
Cutting out cracks to V section in existing flexible pavement and 40 mm to 50 mm wide & 30 mm to 40 mm deep, cleaning out, removing all loose dust, dirt etc with compressed air blower, applying evenly prime coat of paving bitumen VG-10 grade @ 1KG per RM and filling the groove with preformed rubberised bituminous filler using stone grits mixed with rubberised bitumen in following proportions stipulated in IRC 82-2015 and covered with 0.75 mtr wide glass grid with SAMI complete all as specified and directed :- (a) Material for rubberised bitumen (by weight) (i) Paving bitumen VG-10 grade = 95% (ii) Rubber powder (passing 600 mic sieve) = 5% (b) Composition of Filler (i) Stone grits passing through 4.75mm sieve and max 10% passing 0.075 mm sieve 0.09 cum (ii) Rubberised bitumen 9.80 Kg. (iii) Cement @ 2% of weight of bitumen.
M&L for preparation of new concrete/Bitumen surface and plastered surfaces etc over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of water base road marking paint (white / snow, white / blac k / golden yellow / Orange / Signal red) over one coat of primer as in lines, dashes, arrow, letters etc complete all as specified and as directed.
Demolition of existing Bitumen surface of any description and any other position not otherwise specifically provided for using cold milling machine (fine milling), depth exc 100mm and n.exc 210mm and removing of demolished material exc 1.5km and not exceeding 5 km and depositiong where directed by Engr-In-Chagre, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and re-installation, carryout of GPS survey (X, Y & Z coordinates and submission of completion drgs) of runway three aspect light fitting assembly consist of two unidirectional and one omni directional light by disconnecting all electrical connection primary and secondary cable and taking out IT (Isolation transformer) and raising MS assembly at suitable height with existing wire from spike base at runway site, including transport to-from CCR sub station , complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Disconnected wire/cable insulated and mark properly and light fitting will be deposited to CCR store after removal for safe custody and draw the same from CCR store while re-installation of the light fitting.
