Dismantling of brick work or stone masonary, precast cement concrete walling built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with Sub Class 'B' bricks of old size, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks (Except Bricks), straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius, built in cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified and directed. (Note : The serviceable bricks obtained from demolition/dismentling will be used after removing motar, cleaning the bricks with water, etc.)

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on surface of any description of brick or concrete and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any thickness on brick/stone walls or concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rough cast plaster over and including 10mm thick base rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on brick or concrete surface of any description etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) on surface of any description of brick or concrete and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for 10mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:3) to ceiling surface and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for preparation of exposed brick wall surface by cleaning the surface wire brush to remove all dirt/loose materials from the bricks and from the joints between the bricks. Prepared surface should be then washed with diluted HCL acid (dilution ratio of 1:50) for three times in a day for two days. After acid wash surface should be allowed to be air dried for one day. NOTE : - Further treatment over the surface so achieved will be carried out only after approved of the same by GE.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coat of cement base over a coat of alkaline resistant primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper with hand roller, over a coat of alkaline resistant primer over a coat of birla wall care putty surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for machine cut kota stone slab 16-18 mm thick laid on verticle surface and jointed & pointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match shade of the slab including cutting, waste, rubbing and polishing (Granite finish) but as in skirting over and including 10mm thick plaster in cement mortar (1:4) on brick work or concrete surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 50mm thick, PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection/PCC path, and paving, finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, joint filled with bitumen and sand mixture applied hot (area not exceeding 1.20 sqm), complete all as specified and directed.
