Providing Electrical Installation work for New 4G BTS in OMC sites under Ph IX 2 mobile project of Odisha Circle. (SH- Pdg EI for 1 no OMC BTS site at Dubuna under Keonjhar SSA of Dhenkanal BA )

Supply of hot pressed moulded SMC junction box , hinged door type of following size suitable for application for fixing electrical controls /switch gears/meters etc with provision for cable entry /exit from bottom /side, locking arrangments i/c supply and fixing of 2set 4 pole stud connectors, interconnections with suitable size single core PVC insulated copper conductor wire with copper sockets /lugs including fixing on existing M.S. angle stand etc as reqd.

Size not less than 400mm x 300mm x 190mm (inside Dimensions ) ( Make -Sintex,( Model No JB-4030 ) or SS)

Making suitable angle base frame made of 40mm x40mm x5mm M.S. angle and 30mm x5mm M.S Flat for installation of SMC Junction Box i/c cutting , welding , fabricating, grouting the same on ground with required PCC work complete etc as reqd.

Supplying and fixing of 100A rating, 2 pole MCCB of thermal release range (80-100 )Amp , operating single phase ,240 volts, in the existing SMC junction box complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required. ( Make - L&T ,( Model- DU100H )or SS )

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm x 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm x 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Providing and fixing of earth bus of 50 mm x 5 mm GI strip of 400 mm length on surface with suitable size insulators, drilling holes for connections etc. complete as required.

Supply of the following size PVC insulated & PVC sheathed Aluminium conductor armoured cable 650/1100 V. grade confirming to IS : 7098 (Part-1) 1988 etc. as required. (Make- Polycab/Havells/Glowstar/Finolex)

Laying/drawing of power cable upto 1.1kV grade of size not exceeding 35 Sqmm of as per following manner as required. a). Directly in ground including excavation and refilling the trench etc as required, but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. a). 2 X 16 sq. mm (19mm)

Supplying and laying of 40mm dia HDPE pipe of PN 8 for protection of cable complete as required.( Make : Oriplast /SS )

Supplying & erection of 65mm dia G.I. pipe (medium class) of 6mtrs length with plain cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size ) of suitable size foundation including excavation and refilling etc complete as required

Sypplying and Fixing of 30 Watt LED street light Fitting on the existing GI bracket/pole i/c connection testing etc complete as required.( Make - Havells ( Model -ENDURA SUNDOWNSL30W) or SS make)

Sypplying and Fixing of 32mm dia L-class GI Pipe bracket for fixing of LED street light Fitting i/c connection testing etc complete as required.

Supplying and Drawing of 2core 4 sq mm weather proof AL conductor service cable on air etc complete as required. (Note : interconnection between Loop box to Street light fitting )

Supplying & installation of SMC loop Box of size (155 x100 x60 )mm for street light loop box i/c S/F of 6A SP MCB & fixing the same on G.I Pipe using G.I Nut Bolt ,stud connector with GI screws etc as req. ( Make Sintex / SS )

Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed medium class PVC conduit, with modular switch, modular plate, suitable GI box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. as required. GROUP-A

Wiring for light/ power plug with 2X4 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit along with 1 No. 4 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable for loop earthing as required.

Wiring for circuit/ sub main wiring along with 2 X 1.5 sq. mm + 1 X 1.5 sq. mm earth wire of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit as required.

Supplying and fixing following modular switch/ socket on the existing modular plate & switch box including connections but excluding modular plate etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing following way, single pole and neutral, sheet steel, MCB distribution board, 240 volts, on surface/ recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc. as required. (But without MCB/RCCB/Isolator)

Supplying and fixing following rating, 240/415 V, 10 kA, “C” curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

a) 6-32Amps Single pole

c) Blanking plate

Supplying and fixing following rating, double pole, 240 volts, isolator in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

a) 40 amps

Supply and Fixing of MCB protected Socket outlet 4 modules with metal box comprising of 01no. 25Amps socket and 01no. 25Amps Plug and 01no. 25Amps "C" series SPMCB for Split AC units’ i/c grouting in wall, connection, testing etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing Change over switch/Switch fuse unit of following ratings including connection & testing etc. as required.

a) 63Amp double pole switch fuse unit in sheet steel enclosure , front handle type (Make: Havells) .

Supply and fixing of 20 watt, 65000K LED Batten suitable for operation on 140 volts to 270 volts AC, 50Hz i/c fixing and connection etc. as required. (Havells /Phillips /Crompton)

Extra for rock cutting for earth pit digging etc complete as required.

Making arrangement and hiring of a four wheeler(TATA ACE type) vehicle for commuting to and fro from main entrance gate of OMC to BTS site on daily basis including providing diesel and hiring a driver etc for daily execution of work ,co-ordination with OMC staff during execution for BTS sites situated at Dubuna(Approx 12 KMs from main entrance) inside mine excavation area etc complete as reqd.(This has necessitated due to the location of mobile BTS insidemines excavationarea,no public transport is available for reching the site and two wheelers are also prohibited as per the mines safety rules and standards)
