Strong and stable construction with UV stabilized bright fluorescent Red for high visibility. For night visibility long sight detection white colour retro-reflective sleeves of minimum B" (eight inches) must be provided. Also Should be easily deployable, stackable and have a provision to interconnect with other cones to act as barricade. Height should be not less than 750 mm and have a square base with each side measuring not less than 375mm (three hundred and seventy five) (+15)(fifteen) mm. Weight should be about 3.5 Kg to 4 Kg. 'KERALA WATER AUTHORITY' must be embossed or stickered on the Cone. Should be visible from a distance of about 500 (five hundred) meters during the day time and from at least 150 (one hundred and fifty) meters during heavy tropical rain and night time with light falling on it. Should have white colour retro-reflective weather proof tapes on the cones for high visibility. Minimum three years warranty with full replacement is required for the cone etc.complete as per the direction of Engineer in charge

OD241819/2022-2023:Supply of Rectangular traffic Caution Boards with reflector and the size should not be less than 600x450 Board frame made from 25x25size MS square tube and 1.6 mm thick M.S. Sheet or suitable materials. The Sign Boards shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint as per IRC: 67-2012 or printed the caution details. The board frame shall be welded to the sign post with painted MS square pipe size not less than 50x32 and the base of the post shall be made with painted MS angle of 50X50X5 mm size. The total height of the board shall be minimum 1.5m etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer in charge
