REPAIR MAINT CLEANING OF SWTs AND CONNECTED WORKS IN TECH AREA AT (AF) STN JAMNAGAR

M&L for Removal of SWT's Steel Cover, thoroughly cleaning of existing static water tank (of Capacity not more than 260KL) by bailing/pumping out water from bottom by using diesel engine driven dewatering pump set, taking out soil deposit/silt/algae/mud or any deposit of approximately 50cm thick from bottom and periphery of static water tank and removing the same to a distance exc 100m and not exc 200m, refixing of SWT's Steel Cover to its initial position, complete all specified as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description, complete all specified as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165, complete all specified as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Preparation of Old Painted steel Surfaces and applying a coat of synthetic enamel paint of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, complete all specified as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Preparation of new or previously untreated Surfaces with one coat of red oxide zinc chrome and two coats of synthetic enamel paint of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, complete all specified as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc, and removing excavated material upto 50 m, complete all specified as directed by Engineer-in-charge in cm 1:6.

M&L for rendering in two layers, first coat of 10 mm thick and next 5 mm thick in cm 1:3(Second coat should be applied after first coat hardens) on PCC Block/Brick/Stone Wall/Concrete Surface, including mixing liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer’s instructions, finished even and smooth without using extra cement for surfaces, complete all specified as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note; WPC will be measured and paid seperately.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound complete all specified as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Demolition of Concrete(unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level, complete all specified as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Removing excavated material(Concrete Material) exc. 250m but n exe. 500m and depositing where directed complete all specified as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC(1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in plinth protection finished surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all specified as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 100mm thick cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) in sub-floors, sub-bases, floors and paving etc, complete all specified as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Sand cushioning 25mm thick consolidated thickness spread over concrete surface, complete all specified as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block of approved shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thickness, M40 Grade, without correction factor for chamfering, made in rubber moulds with 0.50mm thick scratch proof lacquer coating on top surface, with grey cement and no pigment laid over and including dismantling old paver block complete all specified as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Cement concrete 40mm thick of type B-0, 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate) in flooring, including mixing liquid water proofing compound, complete all specified as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note; WPC will be measured and paid seperately.

M&L for Cement concrete work in pavement hard-standing of flexural strength 40kg/per square centimetre in field using 400 kg of cement per cubic metre thickness of concrete 25 cm or less, complete all specified as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 65mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with Grade A sealing compound, complete all specified as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Preparation of old plastered surface by brooming down or steel wire brushing , scrapping down , smoke , soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and treating oil and greasy spot and applyings single coat of white washing, complete all specified as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Cutting holes of superficial area exc 150 Sqcm but n exc 400 Sqcm into or through stone walls built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar or walls of cement concrete and making good in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-l as required, complete all specified as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Writing letters or figures (Block. Roman, Italic or Indian) by Synthetic Enamel Oil paint n exc. 30 cm high on SWT wall and Letters etc., shall be painted with thick paint, so that they stand out boldly and solidly without showing signs of brush marks and also make rectangle shape background with contrast synthetic enamel paint in which letters/figures are written, complete all specified as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
