| 1 | Survey, Site Investigation, Design, Engineering, Procurement and Construction of New Office Building in Lucknow Nagar Nigam, Uttar Pradesh, India which includes all works mentioned in the bid documents, testing, commissioning, handing over and all other appurtenant works required for proper completion of works as per direction of Engineer incharge on EPC basis.
The project shall be executed in accordance with stipulated DBR/Specifications and Guidelines, adopting NBC-2016, relevant Indian Standard (IS) Codes and as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. The scope also includes complete handing over of the facility and ensuring all works are completed in all respects.
