M & L for water proofing treatment over RCC roof by 3mm thick APP modified polymeric water proofing membrane (weight not less than 3 Kg/sqm) over & including 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on concrete surfaces, finished the surfaces even and smooth including mixing of water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement over a bituminous shalitex primer @ 0.30 Kg/sqm evenly over a coat of hot bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg/sqm. The membrane shall be unrolled and bonded completely to the substrate (with overlap of 100mm on the transverse direction and 75mm on longitudinal direction and sealed by flame) and the overlaps sealed / fused by flame as per manufacturer instructions. A coat of hot bitumen grade 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg/sqm shall also be applied on top of APP modified polymeric membrane as per manufacturer instructions and finally it will be finished with a coat of aluminium paint @ 0.200 Kg/ Sqm, complete all as specified and as directed Note :- Water proofing compound shall be measured & paid separately under respective items.

M&L for preparation of new wooden surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of pink primer on new wooden surfaces all as specified.

M&L for preparation of old wooden decorated surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint on wooden surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying 40mm bore, GI pipe, light grade, laid under roads / drain / culvert, fixed to poles, walls with & including flat iron clamps bolts / nuts / washers / fittings (if any), complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for sub main wiring with PVC insulated, unsheathed two single core cable 1100 volts grade with copper conductor of size 2x6.0 sqmm of code Red for phase, black for neutral & green for earth, multi stranded drawn into & including suitable dia PVC conduit with and including 6.0 sqmm green stranded copper conductor as contineous earthwire with lugs complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) Cost of PVC conduit and accessories shall be deemed to be included in quoted rates. (ii) Two runs of 6 sqmm cable and one run of 6.0 sqmm cable of earth continuity conductor and one run of PVC pipe shall be a unit length.

Supplying, installation & testing of electric energy meter in replacement, temper proof, ISI Marked, single phase, 230 volts, 2 wire 10-16 Amps with optical poat facility including sealing wire and sealing bits, complete all as directed. Note:- Old unserviceable meter shall be deposited by the contractor in MES store yard.

Supply, laying, testing of 1100 volts grade heavy duty under ground cable, XLPE insulated, multi stranded aluminium conductor PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable, heavy duty of cross sectional area 16 sqmm, 4 core, fixed on pole / wall / trenches including making cable connection with required connecting material like cable lugs, cable gland, nut, bolts & washer etc, complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) Excavation & earth work shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of BOQ.

S&F in repairs LED 1x20 watt security light fitting , pressure die-cast aluminium including fixing the same with 25mm dia GI pipe light grade bracket, 1.5 mtr long including necessary cutting / bending /welding and fixed the same with two Nos FI clamps of 40x40x4mm duly painted and suitable size of nut & bolts etc. and making electrical connection with three core copper flexible wire of 0.50 Sqmm upto ceiling rose, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600X600X6 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.50 m deep below normal ground level, connected to galvanized earth lead wire 4.0 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in earth plate No 3 of MES schedule 2009 Part–I connected to earthing test point including earth continuity conductor and loop earthing etc. as required 4 mm dia galvanized iron or steel wire including necessary excavation and earth work, concrete pit & chamber in PCC 1:2:4, type B1 & pit cover, 75mm thick in RCC 1:2:4, type B1 dully reinforced with 6mm dia bar @ 150 mm c/c both ways including with two Nos. lifting handle of MS round bar 10 mm dia and earth lead with and including GI protection pipe light grade 15 mm dia up to 7.5 m from electrode to earth terminal point /main switch board and 20mm bore GI watering pipe medium grade etc. complete all as specified and directed.
