OD89462/2025-2026:Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning 2 Nos of Outdoor type 630 KVA, 11 KV/ 433V, 3 phase 50 Hz, cast resin type transformer confirming to IS11171 suitable for operation on 3 phase AC supply approved by KWA. The winding shall be with copper and the vector group shall be Dyn11. OFF circuit tap lings with taping on HV side from 5% to -5% in steps of 2.5% shall be provided. Class F level insulation shall be maintained and the core shall be made from M4 grade CRGO. The reference ambient temperature shall be 40 degrees C and the transformer shall withstand a temperature rise of winding above ambient by 90 degrees Centigrade. The transformer should withstand the impulse voltage and power frequency voltage as stipulated in the relevant IS specification. The type of installation is outdoor and the transformer shall resin cast with dust proof and water proof IP 54 rating. Suitable canopies should be provided for preventing water collection on the top and to protect the transformer. Suitable neutral CT should be provided after the Star point of the transformer for connecting to standby earth fault relay. Cable entry for 1run of 3x300 Sq.mm,11KV XLPE cable on the HT side and for 4 runs of 3.5x400 Sq.mm,LT armoured cables at the LV side of the transformers should be provided. Transformer should conform to the relevant IS and CEA standards.

OD92434/2025-2026:Conveyance charges , Errection charges , testing charges etc are to be given separately. Expense for transformer plinth shall be incorporated in the estimate. Approximate weight of transformer is 2500Kg max. Minimum 2m clearance is needed between the two transformers and hence the transformer plinths shall be arranged accordingly. Easy access to the 11KV metering is necessary as per guidelines issued by KSEBL
