RequiredCopy of receipt for deposition of original EMD issued from division office of any Executive Engineer, CPWD. (The EMD document shall be issued from the place in which the office of receiving division office is situated)
RequiredCPWD Enlistment Order of the Contractor.
RequiredLetter of transmittal along with duly filled form C, form D as per NIT. (If the forms C and D as per proforma in the NIT are found not completely filled, bidder will not be considered as eligible.
RequiredAffidavit Of Not Having Blacklisted/Debarred as per prescribed format Form F1.
RequiredAffidavit of not executing the works through another contractor on back to back basis as per prescribed format Form F2.
RequiredGST Registration Certificate of the State in which the work is to be taken up, if already obtained by the bidder or undertaking as per NIT conditions.
RequiredCopy of certificate of ERP training through any of the CPWD Regional Training Institutes (RTIs) at Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai and Kolkata, National CPWD Academy (NCA) Ghaziabad, Training arranged by Graduates of ERP Train the Trainers Programme conducted by NCA, Ghaziabad or through any other special training arranged by ERP unit of CPWD Train the Trainers Programme conducted by NCA, Ghaziabad or through any other special training arranged by ERP unit of CPWD or undertaking as per NIT conditions.

RequiredIf the bidder is a firm in partnership, the bid shall be signed by all the partners of the firm above their full typewritten names and current addresses, or, alternatively, by a partner holding power of attorney for the firm. In the later case a certified copy of the power of attorney should accompany the bid. In both cases a certified copy of the partnership deed and current address of all the partners of the firm should accompany the bid
RequiredIf the bidder is a limited company or a corporation, the bid shall be signed by a duly authorized person holding power of attorney for signing the bid accompanied by a copy of the power of attorney. The bidder should also furnish a copy of the Memorandum of Articles of Association duly attested by a Public Notary
