E/W in Ordinary soil within 50mt initial lead & 1.5mt initial lift including rough dressing & breaking of clouds to maximum 5cm to 7cm in size & laying layers not exceeding 0.3mt depth etc. and as per direction of Engeneer I/C

E/W excavation in hard soil for foundation cutting within initial lead of 50mt & initial lift of 1.5mt including dressing the sides and levelling the bed including cost of all labour, sundries, tools and plants etc complete as per direction of Engeneer I/C.

Filling in foundation and plinth with filling sand well watered and rammed including cost, conveyance, royality, other taxes including watered & ramming with all leads, lifts and compaction etc. complete in all respect.

C.C. (1:4:8) by using 40mm size H.B.G. Metal of approved quality quarried and free from weathered skins and foreign materials includind mixing the materials and laying the concrete, curing, ramming, finishing, etc. with all leads, lifts, and delifts complete.

Reinforced Cement concreete work of M-20 grade with 20mm and down grade size black hard crusher broken granaite chips of approved quality from approved quarry including mixing, lowering, laying and compacting to proper thickness watering and curring for the required period including cost of all material, labour, conveyance, loading & unloading, taxes royalties etc complete.

Providing weep holes inbrick masonry/plain/reinforced concrete abutment,wing wall,return wall with 100 mm dia PVC pipes extending through the wall width of the structure with slope of 1V:20H towards drawing fence complete as per drawing and technicals.

Cutting ,Straightening coiled or bent up TOR steel, bending, binding, welding and jointing if necessary and tying the grills and placing in position including cost of binding wire 18 to 20 gauge as required for R.C.C. works and providing fan hooks ,hoisting,lowering, and laying the grills in floors and others etc.including cost of steel ,conveyances, labour,royalities, taxes with T & P etc.all complete in all respect as per the Direction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying plain Cement concrete(1:3:6) in F&P using 40mm size black hard crusher broken granaite metal of approved quality from approved quarry including mixing,lowering,laying and compacting to proper thickness watering and curing for the required period including cost of all material, labour, conveyance, loading & unloading,taxes royalty etc complete.

Providing and Laying 80mm thick Factory made Cement Concrete interlocking paver Block of M40 grade made by Block making machine with strong vibrator compacting of approved size, design & shape laid in required colour and pattern over compacted bed of coarse sand etc complete in all respect confirming to IRC SP - 63:2018

Centering,shuttering for CC work including false work and dismantling then after casting including all cost of labour, material, conveyance loading unloading taxes etc complete.
