REPAIR/ RESURFACING OF ROAD AND ALLIED WORKS AT CERTAIN UNITS IN RAMGARH CANTT UNDER GE RAMGARH

Repair to pot holes any depth, n.exc 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in road path etc cutting around edge to at least 25mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering, well ramming, compacted and rolled with 8 to 10 tonne power road roller to a uniform smooth surface completed all as specified and as directed.

M/L for premix bitumious macadam carpeting maximum up 75 mm consolidated thickness with 4% binder content (paving bitumen VG-30) by weight of total mix, paving bitumen of any penetration laid/spread uniformly by means of mechanical paver over WMM/BM surface and rolled with 8 to 12 tonne power roller to required camber and gradient all as specified and as directed.

M&L of preparation of existing black top surfaces by wire brushing for removing caked mud etc and sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all dirt and applying a priming coat of bitumen primer @5 kg/10 Sqm of VG-10 grade bitumen all as specified and as directed.

M&L Bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete 40 mm consolidated thickness with paving bitumen (VG-30) any penetration 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix laid using mechanical paver machine rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking paint with hot applied thermoplastic road marking paint 1.50 mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like n. exc 10 cm wide having clear and sharp edges over road surfaces including straightening portion, curve etc in any situation of approved collour white/yellow, in a layer of CRYSTALEX and use of all ingrediants such as binder, glass, beads, titanium dioxide, calcium carbonate, iterfiller thermoplastic required for glass beads per sqr mtr by incorpatin the white glass beads for reflectivity all as per manufactures instruction confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine as per manufactures instruction complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair of cat eye solar and road stud reflective type of metal body with PAMA striplens reflector with MS stud of size 100mm x 100mm x20 mm fixed with adhesive as per manufacture's instruction complete all as directed. Make: Model No DA-972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs of metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PAMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia 16 gauge, mild steel pipe of 750 mm height duly powder coated and thermoplastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x450mm) as per manufacture's instructions complete all as specified and directed.
