Excavation in trenches in any type of soil, n. exc. 1.5m wide and n. exc. 1.5m deep and getting out complete.

M & L PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling, mass concrete, sub base or leveling course of floor etc. complete.

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc 25 cm thick in any type of soil complete.

Removal of surplus excavated soil to a distance n. exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 m above starting point complete.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concretebut excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and ditected.

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and ditected.

M&L for Brickwork (except Old bricks) with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortor 1:6 (bricks obtained under item No-5 will be used) complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plastering of any description on brick/stone/concrete wall surfaces of any description incl racking out joints hacking for key,scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L 15 mm thick rendering on brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:4, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L applying two coats of cement based paint on newly plastered surfaces of wall including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Two Coat of cement base paint in any tint on prepared external surface of wall complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 1.60 mm mild steel, plain, black sheet in wall cladding, steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. as required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer including preparation on new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girthcomplete all as specified and directed.

S & F framed work Fe-410- W(Gde E-250) quality B as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete

S & F angle iron for posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed drilling hole notching for wire etc,flat iron fillets(for securing wiremesh etc.) including all necessary drilling bolting or reveting etc. and similar work conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of stanadard rails straining bolts including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire staples or steel pins etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F TMT Mild steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or complete all as specified and directed. securing with clips

M & L RCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in column footing including raft footings, foundation, plinth beam, bases of columns etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in cills, copings, benching on chajjas, roof kerbs, bed blocks and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed with and including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

S&F TMT MS bar 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including MS wire ( annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rough finished formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 600 mm dia Concertina Coils silver colours for complete all as specified and directed.
