The timer should also have in built short circuit protection confirming to IS/IEC 60947-4-1 & with Degree IP 54 protection, FRLS (Fire retardant low smoke) Internal wiring, Extended wide band coil, alongwith suitable power contactor, MCB and support terminals should be in metal enclosed to fix in pole/wall, complete, all as specified and as directed. Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5 wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc or for laying cable etc n exc 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in hard/dense soil, complete, all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25 cm thick, complete, all as specified and directed.

M & L for sand cushioning for under ground cable with layer of fine river dry sand , 80 mm thick before laying of cable and 150 mm thick after laying of cable in trenches, complete, all as speicified and directed. Note: Punned ( consolidated) thickness of 180 mm of sand will be measured and paid.

M&L for brick protection with sub class 'B', old bricks, laid dry, flat, 23cm in width over sand cushioning in trenches as perpendicular to the direction of underground cable, complete, all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, laying, jointing & testing in replacement of cable XLPE insulated as per IS 7098 (Part-I)-1988, ISI marked, screened, PVC sheathed armoured electric power cable ( heavy duty) with aluminium conductor for working voltage upto and including 1100 Volts croos sectional area 16 Sqmm 4 Core with aluminium stranded conductor, laid in trenches / fixed on pole / wall / passed through pipe, complete, all as specified and directed .

Material & labour in repair earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr depth below ground level at any type of strata) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5mtr below normal ground level surrounded with adequate quantity of charcoal dust mixed with salt to a packed thickness of 15cm all around the plate. Connected with galvanised earth wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts hook nuts and washers as earth lead including concrete chamber of PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) with fair finish, internal surface of concrete chamber shall be given internal dia 300mmx300mm, 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4) funnel with wire mesh, RCC pit cover of 320x320x80mm size in (1:2:4) Type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate ) reinforced with XPM all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-1 (2009) and specified including and provision of GI wire upto 7.5 mtrs long with 15 mm bore dia light grade GI pipe for protection and watering pipe of GI 20 mm bore, medium grade, including all excavation and earth work and connecting the earthing wire to panel, including testing on completion, complete, all as specified and directed. Note : (i) RCC pit cover shall be precast of RCC(1:2:4) type B1, 80mm thick reinforced with XPM weighting not less than 4kg/sqm in lieu of CI cover. (ii) Cost of additional GI wire more than 7.5 mtrs will be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

Supply and laying in replacement of GI pipe, 50 mm bore dia, light grade, galvanized with all fittings laid in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate for coping, parapaet, thrust block and other similar items, complete, all as specified and directed.

Net Contract Sum will be after deducting Sch Of Credit of Rs. 17,585.00
