SCHEDULE 'A'

Excavating over areas, n exc 1.5 m deep and getting out soft loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating over areas, exc 1.5 m and not exc 3 m deep and getting out soft loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plain Cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for RCC M-30 design mix as in basement wall and the like etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for formwork to side of concrete ,footing, rough surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for formwork to side of faces of walls rough flat surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for mild steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:3 mixed with W.P.C and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cements.complete all as specified and directed. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of BOQ.

M&L framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of BOQ.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick with soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated material exc. 500 m but n.exc 1.5 km and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5M above from the starting point complete all as specified.

Supply only water proofing compound (integral) all as specified & directed.

M&L for applied a coat of bituminious primer confirming to [email protected] Kg per Sqm ,APP BASED POLYMERIC Memberane not less than 3 mm thick. Weighing not less than 3 Kg/m2, reinforcd with polyster non woven febric(weighing not less than 15 gm/Sqm) and upperside of memberane thermally insulated uniformly embedded during manufacturing process shall be laid dry torch application, side coverlaps shall be 75 mm and end slab shall be 100 mm and all over laps and joints shall also be sealed by torch application all as directed.

M&L for preparing new surfaces APP based polymeric membrane exc 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of aluminium paint complete as directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sqm area on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out Soft/disintegrated rock complete all as specified.

M&L for Plain Cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 (using 12.5 mm graded aggregate) as in Coping all as specified

M&L for Plain Cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry type C1 1:3:6 using 20 mm graded aggregate with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified.

M&L Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfacesin cement mortar 1:4 and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 45 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, mounds, mitred/stopped end etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm Soft/disintegrated rock all as specified.

M&L for pre-cast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in cover slabs set in cement Mortar 1:4 and finished all exposed surfaces of concrete even and fair without using extra cement.

M & L for RCC hume pipe culverts 600mm dia class NP2 pipe laid and jointed with collars complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm graded aggregate )as in concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes of bore 600 mm on after they are laid and tested. complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated rocks to a distance exceding 1.5 km but n exc 5.0 km and depositing where directed. complete all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation not exc 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge

M&L for Hardcore of gauge exc 63 mm but n exc.100 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rolled/rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 (40mm graded aggregate) 75 mm thick as in sub base of floors all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Providing and laying for ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed.
