Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level), complete all as specified and as directed.

Surface dressing not exceeding 15cm deep in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated soil/spoil not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed, at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for hardcore broken stone or boulder of gauge not exceeding 63mm deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15cm thick, watered and rolled/rammed to a true surface, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for precast PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates as in kerb stones of any size and section as required, with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc. and set in CM 1:4 with flush joints complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates), 100mm thick, as in sub base complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for machine pressed, vibratory compacted, precast concrete coloured (using red colour pgment), rubber moulded, interlocking designer paver blocks, confirming to IS-15658-2006, 60mm thickness, of M-35 grade, as in path, hard standing, etc. laid over and including 50 mm thick screed or bedding layer of sand complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area exceeding 400 sq m and exceeding 50 mm and not exceeding 100mm deep complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for repair to pot holes of any depth, not exceeding 1.00 Sqm each, including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads/ path etc, cutting around edges to at least 25mm, making good by filling in screened and graded road metal, watering and well rammed (including supply of road metal), complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for repair to pot holes of any depth, not exceeding 1.00 Sqm each, including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads/ path etc, cutting around edges to at least 25mm and more as per site requirement in depth and making good by applying tack coat of paving bitumen @ of 5 Kg per 10 Sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 Kg per 10 Sqm, blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings 6.3mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam binder and chippings) for depth of pot holes exceeding 30mm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for repair to pot holes of any depth not exceeding 1.00 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads/path etc cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat with bituminous primer @ 5 Kg per 10 sqm, putting in premix as specified for thin bituminous carpet (2 cm thick) well rammed and sealed with premixed sand seal coat (6.8 Kg of binder with 0.06cum of sand), again well rammed (including supply of premix binder and sand) for depth of pot holes not exceeding 30mm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for water bound macadam, 75mm thick (compacted thickness), using course aggregates of limestone/ sandstone/ flint/ quartzite of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size), blinded with stone screening type 'A', spread, watered, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber as required by using power roller 8 to 12 Tonne capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for water bound macadam,150mm thick (compacted thickness), in two layers of 75mm thick each, using course aggregates of limestone/ sandstone/ flint/ quartzite of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size), blinded with stone screening type 'A', spread, watered, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber as required by using power roller 8 to 12 Tonne capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of black top bituminous macadam surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with air compressor to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a bituminous tack coat of paving bitumen of Grade VG-10 @ of 10 Kg per 10 sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of black top bituminous macadam surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with air compressor to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a bituminous tack coat of paving bitumen of Grade VG-10 @ of 5 Kg per 10 sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for premixed, bituminous macadam using 4% binder content of paving bitumen of grade VG-30, by weight of total mix, consolidated thickness upto 75mm, laid using mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber using 8 to 12 tonne power roller/ tandem vibrating roller complete all as specified and directed. Note: The quoted rate shall deem to include for preparation of level sheets by contractor before laying SDAC over BM as directed at site.

Material and labour for laying bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 30mm (consolidated thickness) using 5.5% of binder content of paving bitumen (of Grade VG-30) by weight of total mix, laid using mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient using vibratory power roller 8-12 tonne capacity and rolled to uniform smooth surface ,complete all as specified and as directed. Note- (i) Bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete shall prepared in central computerised hot mix plant complete all as specified and as directed. (ii) Design mix shall be got done by the contractor at his own expenses from laboratory as decided by GE, before laying the SDAC. (iii) A recovery @ Rs 38.19 per kg shall be made if the bitumen content in design mix is found on lower side but no adjustment shall be made if the bitumen content is found on higher side than specified.

Material and labour for preparation of new road surface and applying 2mm thick retro-reflective thermo plastic road marking paint with glass beads, exceeding 10cm width or girth, hot applied on road surface mechanically conforming to BS-3262 and according to the specification laid down by IRC and MOST (Ministry of surface transport) specification 803 Vol -III.complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing road convex mirror of dia 800mm, fitted in orange colour cap body of ABS with glass mirror made up of unbreakable poly-carbonate, including MS pipe vertical post with stainless steel brackets, including excavation of post holes in any soil of size 0.50m x 0.50m and embedding of vertical posts in and including PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of cat eye, dual (62 beads minimum), aluminium casted body, of size 100mm x 100mm x18.5mm, having ABS plastic strip containing 62 mini retro reflective glass beads of colour white/red/yellow on both sides (minimum 31 beads on each side) and fixed complete with steel zinc plated nails/stud of dia 12mm and of length 120mm complete all as specified and directed . Note:- (i) Fixing arrangement shall be as per manufacturer's instructions. (ii) Designed to bear 25 Tonnes load and having impact strength of 253 KN.

Supply and fix in repairs 'Solar Road stud 125x125x25 mm. Solar Road stud made from Aluminium alloy, Solar powered by monocrystal solar panel with following specification. (i) Battery Type-. One high capacity Ni-Cd rechargeable battery. (ii)View distance of solar stud shall not be less than 1000 mtrs. (iii) LEDs shall be 10mm, 3 pieces each side and total 6 pieces for high brightness of different colours (iv) Back up time shall not be less 12 hours of continous lighting at night. (v) Designed to bear 25 Tonnes load and having impact strength of 253 KN. Note-Colour shall be decided by GE/Engineer-in-Charge.
