Excavation in trenches in ordinary soil upto a depth of 60 Cm including removal and stacking of serviceable materials and then disposing the same by spreading and neatly leveling within lead of 50 m and making up the trenched area to proper levels by filling with earth mixed with manure (cow dung) before and after flooding trench with water and then left open the trench for 10 to 15 days (excluding cost of imported earth and manure) which shall be measured and paid separately.

Supplying and stacking of good earth at site including royalty and carriage upto 5 km (earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 8% for payment) complete as approved by GE.

Supplying and stacking manure (cow dung) at site including royalty and carriage upto 10 Km (manure (cow dung) measured in stacks will be reduced by 8% for payment) complete all as directed and as approved by GE.

Supplying and stacking manure (cow dung) at site dump manure from approved source, including carriage up to 5 km complete (manure (cow dung) measured in stacks will be reduced by 8% for payment) of the following designations:-

Screened through sieve of I.S designation 20 mm

Screened through sieve of I.S designation 16mm

Screened through sieve of I.S designation 4.75 mm

Rough dressing the trenched ground including breaking clods complete all as specified and directed.

Uprooting weeds from the trenched area after 10 to 15 days of its flooding with water including disposal of uprooted vegetation complete all as specified & directed.

Fine dressing of the ground complete all as specified & directed.

Preparetion of lawn area by mixing and spreading of dumped manure (cow dung) and good earth in required thickness as per direction of engineer-in-charge (cost of manure and good earth shall be paid separately) including insecticides, fertilzers and antitermite etc.complete all as specified & directed.

Preparation of beds for hedging and shrubbery by excavating 60 Cm deep and trenching the excavated base to a further depth of 30 Cm, refilling the same after breaking clods and mixing with sludge or manure in the ratio of 8:1 (8 parts of stacked volume of earth after reduction by 20%. One part of stacked volume of sludge or manure (cow dung)after reduction 8%) flooding with water, filling with earth if necessary, watering and finally fine dressing, leveling etc, including stacking and disposal of materials declared unserviceable and surplus earth by spreading and leveling as directed, within a lead of 50 m lift upto 1.5 m complete (cost of sludge, manure or extra earth to be paid seperately) complete all as specified & directed.

Digging holes in ordinary soil and refilling the same with the excavated earth mixed with manure of sludge in the ratio of 2:1 by volume (2 parts of stacked volume of earth after reduction by 20%. 1 part of stacked volume of manure after reduction by 8%) flooding with water, dressing including removal by rubbish and surplus earth, if any with all leads and lifts (cost of maure sludge or extra good earth if needed to be paid for seperately complete all as specified & directed of following designation:-

All fittings like Handles of diffirent sizes , Piano hinged 36mm wide on opening, heavy duty 22mm dia hanger rod with brackets shall beof stainless steel. (5). Any missing specifications or dimensions shall be as per site requirement and as per final direction of Engr-in-Charge will be applicable.

Complete removing of existing treatment from wall / ceilling complete all as specified and directed.Note : Work will be carried out upto triple storied buildings.

Preparation of plastered or scrapped surface of wall / ceiling and applying 1.00 to 1.50 mm thick Asian acrylic water proof wall care putty as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of puttyied surfaces of wall/ceiling and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper over one coat of primer by mechanical means/roller complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old plastered/un-plastered surfaces of wall by brooming down or steel wire brushing; scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots including cornices, pillar etc and applying one coat of oil emulsion distemper on walls by mechanical means/roller complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walling built in cement mortar including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete as specified.

M& L for Rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) using coarse sand on brick or concrete surface finish even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Treatment of soil under existing floors using emulsion @ one litre per hole, 300mm apart including drilling and plugging 12mm dia holes with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand) to match the existing floors complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for anti termite treatment along the external wall below concrete or masonry apron, sides of drainage pipes, manholes, conduits, similar possible entry/ approach of termite in apron , using chemical emulsion @ 2.25 litres per linear metre including drilling and plugging holes at every 150mm centre to centre or part thereof and etc.complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for anti termite treatment along the joint of internal wall and floor in rooms, toilets, balcony etc below tiled or concrete floor, using chemical emulsion @ 2.25 litres per linear metre including drilling and plugging holes at every 150mm distance or part thereof in floors/ skirting, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for anti termite treatment for voids in masonry using chemical emulsion one litre per hole, at 300mm intervals including drilling holes at 45 degree and replugging them with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand) to match the existing floors complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for antitermite at points of contact of wood work by chemical emulsion (in oil or kerosene based solution) @ 0.5 litre/hole by drilling 6mm dia holes at a downward angle of 45 degree at 150mm centre to centre and sealing the same, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for protective measure to kill termte family & growth on ceiling, wall, inside cupboards and similar termite infected surfaces by spraying ante termite chemical @ 0.50 litre per sqm of rich emulsion of approved chemical, complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 450 mm x 350 mm x 7mm/350X250X7mm thick, as in vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting etc in patches to make good disturbed surfaces, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match with and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 finished rough surface to receive tiles including dismantling of existing wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises complete all as directed.

M& L for Non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (Square or rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm, laid in floors etc in patches to make good disturbed surfaces, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles with and including laying of 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:4 complete including dismantling of existing floor tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises complete all as directed.

M& L for Vitrified ceramic tiles 8 to 9 mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, laid in floors etc in patches to make good disturbed surfaces, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles with and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:4 complete and dismantling of existing floor tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises complete all as directed.

M& L for Machine cut kota stone slab 18-20mm thick laid over 15mm thick cement mortar 1:6 for backing/ screed as in skirting or floors, in patches for making good surfaces, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab and rubbing and polishing in patches to make good disturbed surfaces, including dismantling of existing tiling and cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises complete all as directed.

M& L for Preparation of old plastered surfaces of walls by brooming down or steel wire brushing; scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of oil emulsion distemper by mechanical means/Ruller on adjecent area of treated surfaces of walls in patches to make good to jambs , soffits, corneres etc at any position, complete all as specified and directed

M& L for Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying 1mm to 1.5mm thick Asian acrylic damp proof wall care putty as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for Preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil bound emulsion by mechanical means/Ruller over a coat of chalk whitening complete all as directed
