Material and Labour for repair leaking joint of 300/200 mm dia bore of spigot and socket pipes and fittings and taking out lead and reuse, other joint materials and making new lead joint with new jointing materials like spun yarn and including additional quantity of lead as reqd at site to stop leaking and testing on completion including earth work complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for repair leaking joint by rubber tyten joint for 150mm bore spigot & socket DI pipes and fitting completion including earth work complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for petty repair to water supply network of upto 50mm bore pipe line for stopping leaking by providing new GI union, socket, Tee , elbow, bends, nut bolts, washers or welding etc and to make threading as required at site and testing on completion including earth work complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for repairs to existing leaking joints (flanged/socketed /collar) for 150 mm bore GI/CI/DI pipe line including supply and replacement of flanged/socket/union/reducer etc with and including all necessary GI nut bolts, fibre/rubber gasket sheet and welding work and to make threading wherever required, to make the joints leak proof including necessary cutting threading etc,and testing on completion including earth work complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour in replacement of existing water level indicator of Semi underground sumps of 1 LGPD to 3LGPD tanks and replacement of graduation board , MS float ball with necessary MS angle work as per existing size including painting and numbering etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for cleaning (taking out mud, grass & bushes etc) of ponds near Dam site and disposed off the same at a distance not exceeding 50 mtr complete all as directed .

Cleaning of valve pit chamber of any size by taking out mud and muddy water and depositing the same at a distance not exceeding 20 meter away from pit including swiping free from any type of dirt including rectification the leakage of valve of any size by using gland of appropriate size and required packing materials as directed at site.

M&L for removing of grass/cutting of bushes , small trees at water supply installations/where directed as per requirement and disposal of the same at a distance not exceeding 50 mtr all as directed.

Supply and Fix in replacement of cast iron non return valve swing type 150 PSI or PN 10, ISI marked, on rising main, both end flanged complete with jointing materials such as rubber gasket, nut & bolts with suitable washer complete of 150 mm dia of pipes including alteration work in pipe line complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismenteling of existing valve chambers and removing the demolished materials to a distance not exceeding 50 m and Material & Labour for reconstruction of the same (internal size 950x950x950 mm) with PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate solid blocks masonry set in CM 1:6 with PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundation, PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in flooring bed & copping and applying 15 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturers instruction on the inside of valve pit & valve pit cover made out of 3mm thick mild steel sheet with 40 x 40 x 5 mm angle iron frame and 40 x 5 mm mild steel hold fast embedded in PCC including two coats synthetic enamel paint blue over a coat of red oxide primer etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour in replacement for providing lowering in trenches, laying and jointing ductile iron pipe (K-7), socket and spigot end, as per specifications (IS-8329) with internal cement mortar lining and external bitumen coating for portable water supply with rubber ring joints, including cost of rubber rings as per IS:5382 (1985), giving satisfactory hydraulic field testing and commissioning as per Technical specification etc complete of 150mm dia complete all as specified and directed.
