Providing of manpower at 19 no. receiving stations (as per the list enclosed in the SBD including AIIMs, Vijaypur) at various locations in Jammu & Samba districts under the jurisdiction of STD-II, JPDCL, Jammu. 126 no. staff per receiving station for 365 days (18 R/Stns. x7 Persons x365 days = 45990 man days) And 12 no. staff for AIIMS receiving station for 365 days (1 R/Stns. x12 Persons x365 days = 4380 man days) Quoted rates should include all the following including taxes: a) Basic rate b) ESIC EMPLOYER'S CONTRIBUTION @3.25% of Basic rate c) EPF EMPLOYER'S CONTRIBUTION @12% of Basic rate d) PF EMPLOYER'S DEPOSIT LINK INSURANCE EDLI @0.5 % of Basic rate e) ADMINISTRATION CHARGES @0.5 % of Basic ratefe) f) CONTRACTOR’S PROFIT (to be included in quoted rate mandatorily) g) GST @18% on (a to f) The tender value has been calculated with marginal contractor's profit. Bidder quoting rates without " Contractors's Profit" will be considered as "Non Responsive Bidder" and will be outrightly rejected Also Note that the rates quoted will accpted upto 2 decimal places.
