Servicing of Softstarter (Model No. 3RW4443-6BC44 :Make: Siemens) of pump no. 1 through inspection, fault diagnosis, repair / rectification by Softstarter Specialist as per EIC's instructions.

Loading-unloading and transportation charges for bothway ( from the pump floor to workshop and back to pump house ) of whole motor unit / all the necessary pump components such as impeller, pump shafts, sleeves, bushes etc, which have already been lifted and dismantled before by the existing agency under the scope of ongoing Operation and maintenance, as per the direction of E.I.C.

Repairing of VT pump having Q=1400 & H=20 M, Make:Wilo mather & Platt .

Reparing & overhauling of pump by dismantling all the pump components part by part for detection of fault, throughout inspection and checking for finding out all the damaged spare parts. Rectification / replacement of spare parts as necessary as per the direction of E.I.C. The details of the works are as follows:

Thorough inspection of each pump components with the help of pump experts by dismantling all individual spare parts safely such as thrust bearing , sleeves, bush, impeller assembly etc , removal of greese and other foreign particles from each parts with jute, emery paper and other necessary materials.

Replacement of cutlass bush S.S 410 ( L-145 mm, O.D-110 mm, I.D-95 mm )

Replacement of S.S 410 Gland sleeve ( L-160 mm, O.D-90 mm, I.D-60mm)

Replacement of S.S 410 Shaft sleeve ( L-120 mm, O.D-60 mm, I.D-48mm)

Replacement of Gland packing ring

Replacement of Gland packing cover (C.I)

Replacement of Spherical Thrust Roller Bearing Bearing No.29318 E.(Make:SKF / FAG)

Replacement of shaft key

Replacement of rubber bush for universal coupling

Balancing of the Impeller & shaft asssembly

Fitting charge for all the replaceable spare parts

Painting charge for whole pump unit along with column pipes and other components.

Repairing of Marathon make 110 KW LT Motor

Preliminary checking of the whole motor (LT sq. cage IM) and testing of I.R. value, load currents, leakage factor of stator & rotor, terminal lead joints of stator connection ends, insulation of glass fibre terminal bar, double cage rotor end rings and all of motor bars and bar joints, housing of D.E. & NDE shield bearing housing etc. before work to detect fault. ( Existing Motor Rating : 110 KW)

Complete servicing and heat varnishing of 415Volt, 3 Phase L.T. sq. cage induction motor after cleaning the stator and heating it up periodically and varnishing by Dr. Beck’s graded insulating varnish to obtain stable IR value, cleaning up the rotor, including heating for demoisturisation, lacker coating on the surface of rotor stampings, cleaning and RO priming on the end shield covers, bearing housing and complete the necessary repairing works as per direction of E.I.C.

Replacing and jointing of new 1.1KV grade 70 sq.mm. fibre glass copper wire terminals leads by 100% solder (Eyre) compounded with Eyre-7 paste, (6 leads).

Finishing the end of terminal leads by S & F dowells copper sockets properly supplying tapes, petrollium jelly etc. 6 nos.

Cost of mechanical work viz. shaft truness, checking key waylooping of holes grinding and polishing etc.

S & F of 395 mm. × 25 mm. × 25 mm. glass fibre bar for L.T.Induction motor terminal with Class-H insulations (Each motor consists of 2 nos. of bars).

Replacement DE Single Row Cylindrical Roller Bearing ( NU 319 ECJ/C3) (Make: SKF / FAG).

C.NDE Deep groove ball bearings ( 6321 C3 ) (Make: SKF / FAG).
