Hire charges for providing Pagodas of 20ft x 20ft size with clear height of 10' at the ends and 14' height at centre. The pagodas shall be provided with adequate MS trusses, purlins, bracings, tie rods, anchorages, bolts & nuts etc., suitably designed with necessary anchors to the ground to withstand heavy wind and rain. Note:- For Pendal Items
1.Erection should be completed before two days of Festival/ Utsavam as directed during execution for Pendals, Barrication and Dias.
2.Suitable tying arrangements shall be made such that the pendals/shelters laid shall withstand heavy wind & rain.
3.Proper slopes shall be maintained for smooth drainage of rain water.
4.The shelter provided shall be capable to support necessary illumination, PA system, decoration work, display TVs etc.,
5.The agency shall allow the electrical / flower decoration/ PA system etc., over the shelter/barrication/ ceiling cloth etc., without any extra cost.
6.Adequate watch and ward shall be provided by the agency at his cost and dept. will not be responsible for any loss due to thefts/accidents etc.,
7.All the sharp projections shall be adequately covered with rubber sheet to avoid possible injuries.
8.The rain proof shelters provided shall be leak proof.
Excavation for foundations, substructures, basements, tanks, sumps, walls, chambers, manholes, trenches, poles, pits & general building works in all types of soils, vegetable earth, soft murum, running sand, shingle, turf clay, loam, peat, ash, shale, slag, chalk, garbage, muddy/ marshy/ slushy soil, marine clay, reclaimed land etc. for depths/lifts upto 1.5M measured from the ground level, including dressing/ trimming the sides, leveling and ramming of bottoms, manual dewatering, removing rank vegetation, backfilling in layers not more than 200mm thickness, watering, consolidating, compacting to achieve not less then 97% Modified Proctor density conforming to relevant IS, stacking the selected material in measurable heaps for future use within owners space or disposing within an initial lead of 150m as directed, loading, unloading, leveling excluding shoring, strutting etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: 1) The rate includes the handling/supporting the existing utilities such as cables, drains, pipes, water mains etc. 2) It also includes the royalty and other taxes applicable if any.
