M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces exc 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling Asbestos cement (corrugated, semicorrugated, etc.) sheets in roof overings complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of approved colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws / J-type or L-type bolts bitumen's washer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F False ceiling work comprising GI frame work of size 605 x 605mm, for seamless celling comprising of GI perimeter channel 0.55mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30mm and web of 27mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450mm centre to centre/ intermediate channel 0.9mm thick having two equal flanges of 15mm each and web of 45mm suspended from soffit at approx. 900mm centre to centre with GI cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and incl ceiling section (not exc 1.2m length) of 0.55mm thickness having kurled web of 50mm and flange of 26mm each with lips of 10.5mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457mm centre to centre including hangers 6mm dia GI (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 40 x 3mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia 40mm long and 4mm thick Non asbestos fibre cement building boards (E-boards) fixed or laid/ inserted to timber/GI/Aluminium framework with screws as in ceiling , including taking down old false ceiling including frame work and hangers, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of concrete of any description & in any position not otherwise specifically provided and removing debris outside MD Land.

M&L cement concrete 1:2:4 type B2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in walls or retaining wall, any thickness, size or shape including pilasters, buttresses colums, pillars , boundary pillar and posts inlucding caps and bases) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulders masonry, built in cement mortar, including all quoins, arches, pillars etc., but excluding ashlars facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for brick work with sub-class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc. 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls incl raking out joints hacking for key, scrubing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces , finished even and smooth without using extra cement

M&L 15 mm thick rendering in in two layers 5mm thick in CM 1:4,over 10mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:6 on fair face of brick work/Stone or concrete surface to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement Including WPC compound 3% by weight of cement.(Note :a) Intergial WPC Compound shall be used in sencond layer of 5mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying one coat of primer, preparatory to distempering and evenly applying two coats of oil bound distemper (oil emulsion) on walls matching to nearby surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L Preparation of newly plastered surface and applying Two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L Preparation of old surfaces of wall removing nails including scraping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc by hand held sander / long handle sander including cornices, pilasters etc (Plastered or unplastered surfaces) , filling undulation and holes with putty and applying one coat of oil bound distemper with roller finish complete all as directed.on walls etc.complete as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L Preparing old decorated surfaces by complete removal of existing treatment, scraping down, washing, rubbing down and stopping of painted surface of walls & ceiling including roof projection / chajjas and by hand held sander / long handle sander including cornices, pilasters etc (Plastered or unplastered surfaces) and applying Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade on Two coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.9lit/10 sqm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down chowkat or frames exc 1.5 Sqm but n exc 4 Sqm each but with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down Shutter, not exc. 1.00 sqm Each, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down shutters of any description exc 1.0 sqm and nexc 2.0 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F 2nd class hard wood in plain, solid, straight chowkats and frames, wrought, framed, rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue, pinned joints including necessary tarrying and sanding complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F 35 mm thick Plain framed, panelled shutter (two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9 mm B.W.P. commercial ply or 12mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. S & F in repair stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm dia of wire and avarage width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staple in any type of windows/doors complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

S&F in repair 25mm dia stainless steel curtain rail, cut in required length and size to fit with opening incl fixing on bracket with necessary screws fitted on bracket and decorative nobs on sides with necessary arrangement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in repairs curtain rod side brackets of stainless steel, angular or cantilever type fixed to wall with 02 nos screws on each bracket and fitted screws for fixing curtain rod incl CP/stainless steel carved decorative design plain metal colour nobs with fixing arrangement for curtain rod using a screw complete all as approved and shown by Engr-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exc. 1.5 mtr deep for laying of cables and getting out soft/loose soil complete complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge

M&L for boaring of 80 mm in road crossing / drains with mechanical help and other necessary arrangement to be provided by the contractor during execution complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-charge.

Taking down copper /aluminium point wiring (light, fan, bell,socket or power) complete including fixture and fittings such as switches , ceiling roses , pendent , regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. Removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit a for above items should be made as per condition seperately) and making good distrubed surfaces of walls, floors etc complete all as specified and directed at site.

Taking down old/unserviceable distribution board by disconnection of electric connection carefully SPN DBs/TPN DBs/ Main Switch including old unserviceable MCCBs/ MCBs, Isolators, etc and making good to disturbed surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium Sub main wiring of any size from surface/concealed /existing conduit of any height and removing materials at site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors roofs etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Taking down existing geyser of any capacity after disconnecting all necessary electrical and water supply connection from ceiling rose to fan , fan blades and deposit to MES store yard complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Taking down ceiling fan/ exhaust fan of any sweep after disconnecting all necessary electrical connections from ceiling rose to fan, fan blades and deposit to MES store yard of AGE E/M (Army) Jamnagar complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing energy meter from site and deposit to MES store yard and refixing the same meter after completion of work complete all as specified and as directed.

Labour only for refixing the celing fan obtained from item No 5 above with replacement of unsv 3 core PVC insulated PVC sheated 3 core multistranded copper conductor cable of size 23/ 0.193 from ceiling rose to fan terminal including over hauling the fan, painting of ceiling fans complete with two coats synthetic enamel paint by spraying including filling cavities with filler after cleaning all dust etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in grond (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtrs below normal ground level) with the top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below the normal ground level connected to GI wire 4.00mm dia protected by 15mm bore GI pipe light grade) and watering pipe 20mm bore GI pipe (medium grade) and chamber PCC (1:4:8) type D2( using 40mm grade stone aggregate), MS FUNNEL with wire mesh ,coping shall be PCC (1:3:6) type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate and RCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, pit cover 50mm thick reinforced with 8 mm MS bar at 80mm c/c both way in lieu of CI pit cover with lifting hook including excavation and earth work and removal of surplus soil complete all as shown in electrical plate No-3 of SSR part-I and as specified including earth plate packed around with charcoal dust common salt complete including GI sheet funnel, wire mesh, earth lead wire 4mm dia and earth lead connected to earthing test point/ main board.
