Material and labour cleaning the surrounding area of raw water reservoirs , overhead reservoirs , Intake tank, pump house buildings by trimming , cutting and digging out the bushes with roots and other unwanted vegetation and removing the same to a distance exc. 250 metre but not exc. 500 metre from the perimeter of tanks complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Cleaning of RCC overhead reservoir upto 25000 gallon capacity at 60 feet staging by drain out the contaminated muddy water from bottom surfaces of the tank by using of pump and motor or by manually and cleaning the inside & bottom surfaces of walls with help of wire brushes and using specified dosage of potassium permanganate and cleaned water then drain out completely material to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge with and including writing capacity of tank , date of cleaning of tank with synthetic enamel paint on outer surface of the tank complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Cleaning of clarifloculator of Cap 1,00,000 Glns by drain out the contaminated muddy water from bottom surfaces of the tank by using of pump and motor or by manually and cleaning the inside & bottom surfaces of walls with help of wire brushes and using specified dosage of potassium permanganate and Greasing all components by replacing the worn nut bolts of non clogging pump motor, and removing all the sludge dirt and deposits of any foreign materials etc. , painting of all the steel member channels, angles of the scrappers and mixers with two coats of bituminous based paint after preparation of old painted surface all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supplying, fixing and testing in replacement of 200mm bore cast iron sluice valve with flanged ends drilled ISI marked conforming to IS 14846-2000 with stainless steel spindle with iron wheel, CI gate with brass nut, bolts, washers and rubber packing for connecting pieces etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, fixing and testing in replacement of 350 mm bore cast iron sluice valve with flanged ends drilled ISI marked conforming to IS 14846-2000 with stainless steel spindle with iron wheel, CI gate with brass nut, bolts, washers and rubber packing for connecting pieces etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Construction of brick masonry valve pit, in repair, of internal size 60cm x 60cm x 60cm including necessary excavation and earth work in soft/loose soil, brick work, plastering, white wash, PCC coping, MS frame made out of angle iron of size 40mmx40mmx6 mm, MS sheet cover of 3 mm thick fixed to angle iron frame by means of hinges welded to frame and painting with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surfaces and grouting the frame in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 including handle and locking arrangement with one number 50 mm dia brass pad lock , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge Note :- (i) Brick wall shall be 23 cm thick built in cement mortar (1:4) (ii) Internal plaster shall be 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) and external plaster upto 450mm from top shall be 20mm thick in CM (1:6) and remaining external surface shall be flush pointing in CM (1:6) as the work proceeds. (iii) PCC in foundation shall be 15 cm thick in cement concrete (1:4:8) type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate extended 15 cm all around from the external face of the walls. (iv) PCC coping shall be 15 cm thick in cement concrete ( 1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate including grouting of angle iron frame in PCC. (v) Three coats of white wash to internal surfaces of valve pit. (vi) Depth of valve pit shall be reckoned from the top of PCC in foundation.

S & F in replacement on overhead tank wire netting of stainless steel wire 1.4 mm dia fixed with tinned tacks of stainless steel wire staples , (size of wiremess 12mm ) incl necessary stainless steel bracket in any length and fixing acessories like PVC plugs , brass screws etc.

Taking down old U/S aviation obstruction light from OH tank of staging upto 20 mtrs and supply & fix aviation light. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge

M&L for earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60cm x 3.15mm thick buried directly in ground not less than 2.25m deep below ground level with top of the plate not less than 1.5m below ground level connected to the copper strip 20 X 3.15 mm as earth lead by means of bolts nuts, check nuts and washer of copper/brass including necessary earth work PCC 1:3:6 type C2 earth chamber, RCC cover (instead of CI frame and cover) etc complete all as shown in plate No 5 of MES schedule part I including testing on completion.

Supply and fix in repair Copper Strip 20 x 3.15 mm as continuous earth lead from Copper air termination rod to test point terminal as down conductor, roof conductor and continuous earth lead to test point terminal all as directed .

Material and labour for overhauling , greasing ,etc of HOT crane capacity 2 ton including painting of iron grader ,angle, chain complete entire satisfaction of Engr in charge.

M&L for repairing of PLC based pump automation and protection panel for water supply repaire/replacement of indicator lamp 230 Volt including contactor and other connecting item at CPH complete entire satisfaction of Engr in charge.

Replacement of PVC floats of size 300mm with pvc wire, red paiting iron plate as per existing size including changing of nilon rope etc complete as directed in all RCC over head reservoir or UG reservoir.
