Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth; for foundation, laying of pipes, cables, etc, or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exceeding 10 sq m on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning and filling of soil including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm in hard /loose soil complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in charge.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of Fire Alarm Addressable control Panel DXc4 Four loop card in build 200 addressable points, 199 detectors plus 199 devices 6X40 character blue crystal display with back light illumination 2 sounder circuits PT requires network card. The panel should have inbuilt common alarm, Fault and monitored sounder output. The panel shall have an 8 x 40” characters LCD display touch screen analogue with 96 Zone display fire LED with resolution 256 x 112 pixels, and analog output, external to log all fire or fault events complete in all respects. The panel should have protection category of IP30 also the panel should have the option to operate in manned and unmanned mode. The panel shall have a built in power supply and battery charger along with maintenance free 24AH, 2 X 12 Volts SMF lead acid batteries capable of running for 24 hours with battery charger complete all as specified and directed. Note: Quoted rate includes all items/accessories such as battery charger, 24Ah battery 02 nos etc, complete.

Supply, installation, Testing and commissioning of addressable audio alarm hooter- wall sounder volume and tone area set at the analogue panel avoiding the need to access each sounder individually to alter setting with sound level 65 db to 120 db Measured at 1.5m with sound output Variation of + 5db 1500m range complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing addressable manual call point resettable type complete.

Supply and laying of Fire Alarm Cable 2 core FRLS armoured copper cable of 1.5 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, Testing and commissioning of Detectors complying with and type certified to EN-45 addressable type multisensory detector with heat and smoke combination with base complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying laying, jointing and testing Tubes, of size 40mm 'light grade' galvanised, with all fittings and fixed complete to walls or laid under road for passing cables complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate for supporting of CI/GI pipes, header etc all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of 12.5 Metre High mast with 2 section with 6.5 Metres each with base plate 300mm, top dia 150mm with galvanisation thickness of average 65 Microns with door opening of 900 mm X 250mm, size of the base plate 520mm, thickness 25mm, maximum wind speed (IS875-1987) foundation bolt 6 nos and one in number aviation light, with feeder panel, Motor Mechanism , motor 1.5 HP including foundation as per manufacturer instruction/drawing with PCC 1:4:8 and RCC 1:1.5:3 including Reinforcement and earth work, returning & filling etc, complete as per directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Fix flood light of 150 watt with IP-66 protection with toughened glass with high power LED with efficiency more than 110 Lumen/Watt, with 10 KV surge Protection in built complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and spreading locally available dry River Sand for covering and cushioning of UG Cable in trenches complete all as specified.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, Class LV, Type I, flat, size 250 mm x 150mm x 40mm complete all as specified.

Supply and Laying UG cable in trenches/passing through pipes/fixed on walls or poles cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, steel strip or wire armoured electric power cables (Heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 4 core 25 sqmm with suitable cable gland complete all as specified.

Supply and Fix Feeder panel for 12.5 metre high mast fabricated out of CRCA sheet steel, outdoor type with stand and powder coated, dust and vermin proof compromising of 32A MCB, 25A TP Connector, 02 Nos of 9A Contactor for motor operation, Single dial time switch, MCB, Push button toggle switch, fuses and terminals for incoming and outgoing complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Earthing for transformer body, transformer neutral, LT feeder pillar box etc with galvanised MS earth plate of size 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground not less than 2.25 metre below ground level, earth plate paced on all side with charcoal mixed with salt to a thickness of 150 mm in layers, connected by GI earth strip of size 32 x 6 mm thick, soldered and revetted to earth plate. GI earth strip will be protected by using 40mm bore GI pipe (light grade) earth plate to transformer body, LT feeder pillar box, and neutral of transformer etc complete. The earthing includes PCC pit chamber, RCC pit cover and frame, watering pipe 20 mm bore, funnel with wire mess with necessary earth work including disposal of surplus soil to a distance not less than 50 metre etc complete all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I - 2009. Note: - Main earthing lead from earth plate to test point & up to 7.5 Metre to be provided. The cost for the same shall be deemed to be included in the above quoted rate.

Amount of Credit Schedule shall be deducted to arrive the Contract Sum.
