Earth work in excavation by mechanical/manual means in all type of strata comprising any of the materials such as soil, silt, sand, clay gravel, moorums of all varities shingles, pebbles, all type of conglomerates, laterite rock, soft rock, disintegrated rock, weathered rock, fissuered shattered, decomposed rock, and all such other materials either in full or in parts as the case may be adopting any approved method or methods as may be convinient or permitted inclusive of chiselling, wedging etc, but blasting prohibited, in all conditions such as dry moist, saturated submerged, foul conditions etc. including pumping or bailing out water, dewatering including setting out construction of shoring and bracing removal stumps and other deleterious matters, dressing of side and bottoms and back filling the excavated earths to the extent required and disposal of excavated soil/rock as per specification and drawing and as directed by the Engineer in charge etc. all complete with all leads and lifts.

Rubble packing with hard laterite stone under floors including watering ramming and consolidating etc. in pipeline trenches and other foundations complete and dewatering the tranches and bailing out water including removal of slush, mud etc. for any depth and disposal of pumped mud,water,slush to suitable point not formig circuit of return of pumped water to the very trench, by employing method as suggested by Engineer in charge.

Centering & shuttering including Strutting, Propping & removal of forms for : i) Foundations, Footings, Bases for columns

iii)Columns, Piers, Pillars, Aburments, Posts and struts (square rectangle polygon in plan)

iv)Sides and Soffits of beams, Beam Haunchings, Cantilever, Girders, Bressumers and Lintels plinth beams not exceeding 1m in depth

Providing & laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded granitic or basaltic stone aggrt. 20 mm. nominal size) excluding cost of centering, shuttering and finishing in: a)All works upto plinth level

Providing TMT steel reinforcement bars of (SAIL, TATA. VIZAG, JSW Steel Ltd.) ) (Confirming to IS 1786 of 1986) for RCC work (conforming to I.S. 1786 of 1986) including bending, binding & placing in position in all the floors along with the factory made precast concrete cover blocks of specified sizes whose compressive strength is not less than that of surrounding concrete in the structural member.

Providing and laying in position ready mixed concrete (RMC) with usage of Ordinary Potland Cement manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for a lead upto 15 kms having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for reinforced cement concrete work incliding pumping of R.M.C., from the transit mixer to the site of laying, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing the reinforcement including the cost of admixtures in recommended porpotions as per IS : 9103 to accelerate/retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impering strength and durability as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge. Providing and laying Cement concrete wearing coat M-30 grade including reinforcement complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications

18mm cement plaster in two coats under layer 12mm thick cement plaster 1:5 ( 1 cement : 5 coarse sand) and top layer 6mm thick with cement plaster 1: 3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) finished with sponge

Providing and fixing 40 mm dia G.I. Pipe railing in 3 rows complete with G.I. Fittings incl. Painting of pipes and fittings with white paint of approved quality incl. A priming coat with a ready mixed primer for new works incl. Providing R.C.C. 1:2:4 rail posts of size 0.15 x 0.15 x 1.00 M with base of 0.25 x 0.25 x 0.3 m at every 2 mts intervals and double rail post with a bar drawings inclusive of cost of reinforcement etc. all complete including white wash washing of rail posts etc. all complete.

Providing, fitting and fixing mild steel railing complete as per drawing and Technical Specification

Providing and and laying antiskid floor tiles 12 x 12 upto 16 x 16 in of Johnson, Somany, Kajaria (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality conforming to IS:15622 of approved make in shades as specified laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand) including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc., complete b)Light Shades

Precast plain cement chequered tiles 22 mm thick of required shades laid in floors, treads of steps and landing on 20 mm thick bed of Cement mortar 1:4 (1cement : 4 coarse sand) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles including rubbing and cleaning etc. complete. d)Dark shades without any pigment

Finishing wall with superior quality waterproofing cement paint (super snow hem or equivalent) of required shade on new work (three or more coats) to give an even shade

Providing and fixing of retro- reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC :67- 2012 made of high intensity ASTM Class C sheetingtype XI microprismatic retro reflective material vide clause 801.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 2.5 mm thick , the sign board Fixed directly to concrete/masonary surfaces as per approved drawing b) 60 cm x 45 cm rectangular

Demolishing cement concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix including disposal of material within 50 m lead.

Demolishing R.C.C. work including stacking of steel bars & disposal of unserviceable within 50 mts. Lead.

Demolishing laterite stone masonry in cement mortar including stacking of serviceable material & disposal of unserviceable material within 50 mts. lead.

Dismantling steelwork in single sections in channels, angles, tees and flats including dismembering and stacking within 50 mts. lead

Refilling the pipeline/foundation trenches plinth sides, foundation etc. with available excavated earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm depth consolidating each layer ramming and watering lead upto 50 M and all lifts and disposal of surplus earth as directed by Engineer in Charge

Providing and fixing weep holes with rigid PVC make laid in position with a required slope and level while laying pipes of approved the concrete of retaining wall, wing wall and earth retaining structure complete as directed by the Engineer in charge a) 110 mm dia
