Provision of Common Car Parking Facility for Residents in HSL Colony.

Earthwork in excavation by mechanical means / manual means upto required depth in all kind of soils, not exceeding 2m depth including dressing of bottom and sides of trenches, clear from the edge of excavation including out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil to outside the HSL Premises as directed.

Construction of Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation in CM (1:6) up to plinth level, including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) cost of cement (PPC - Ramco, ACC, Ultratech, Nagarjuna & Jaypee) and all materials (Note: Stone will be issued free by HSL. Contractor shall collect the material anywhere from colony) (Loading and unloading is in the Contractor scope)

Providing and laying of Plain Cement Concrete 1:1.5:3 (1 Cement : 1.5 Coarse Sand (Zone-III): 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) nominal mix for foundation, pedestal, flooring and pavement for car parking etc.,.including the cost of centering, shuttering, mixing, depositing in position, tampering, finishing, curing including all materials & Labours etc., complete all as directed. (Item includes surface finish with Cement Mortar as directed by EIC).

Filling of earth in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering. Complete all as directed.

Fabrication of Structural Steel by straightening, cutting and welding by using departmental supplied all types of steel sections such as plates, flats, pipes, angles etc., of any size including erecting in position to line and level and applying two coats of epoxy paint over one coat of zinc rich primer, hire charges for tools and plants, other incidentals and all consumables etc., complete as directed by EIC. Note:- Weight shall be measured as per actual weight of material consumed at site. (Steel issue free by HSL but loading and unloading is in contractor's scope, from yard to colony wherever required.)

Supply, fabrication and erecting in position of required Structural Steel materials like Angles, MS box, MS pipes and flat bar etc., for making of New car Garage sheds etc., complete all as directed.(make SAIL, TATA)

Supply and fixing of Precoated, Trapezoidal profiled Galvalume Roofing sheets (Size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-In-charge) 0.50mm total coated thickness (TCT) Zinc Aluminium alloy coating AZ 150 as per IS: 277/ASTM 1379 I 550 Mpa steel grade, painted with silicon modified polyester 18-22 microns on top 5-8 microns Epoxy primer at bottom side of the sheet from Jindal / Tata blue scope / Bushan steel. The sheet shall be fixed using self-drilling / self-tapping screws @ 500mm C/c along the length of purlins and where ever specified by engineer of size (5.5 x 55mm) with EPDM seal of make CORRO SHIELD / BLULTEX / HILTI. (Quoted rate shall inclusive of end & side laps of sheet, tape sealer end closures and also provide a wind tiles with flat bars at edges of the sheet etc.,) complete all as directed.

Construction of Brick work (4") for edging with clay fly ash F.P.S. (non modular) brick of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level with cement mortar (1:4) including cost of cement (PPC - Ramco, ACC, Ultratech, Nagarjuna & Jaypee) and all materials & manpower etc.,. Complete.

Providing 15 mm thick Plastering with CM (1:4) to walls at all heights like brick edging work, lining & Random Rubble Masonry foundation work and wherever required etc.,. Including cost of Cement (PPC-Ramco, ACC, Ultratech, Nagarjuna & Jaypee) and all materials, tools, plant and labour, scaffolding arrangements and curing all as per specifications and directions of the engineer.

Apply two coats of premium quality weather proof Acrylic External emulsion paint over a coat of primer, required shade to wall surface from approved brands Asian paint (apex ultima) or its equivalent (equivalent Cost and specification) make where ever specified by Engineer after through scrapping & cleaning the surface including necessary scaffolding etc., complete
