Earth work in excavation by manual means in foundation trenches or drains, sunken area, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil in side the building and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, outside technopark campus. Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) up to plinth level with: Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) in building. The rate inclusive of all material charge, labour, transportation, Scaffolding (If needed) loading/unloading at the work space and removal of debris from Technopark campus etc. complete as per the direction of engineer in charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete retaining walls, return walls, walls ( any thickness) including attached pilasters, in columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor, Plinth beam and lintel etc. up to all floors all level inside building, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing: 1:3:6 ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand :6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) In building.
