M&L for 30cm x 30cm x 30mm thick cement concrete tiles, machine pressed, set and jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigment in floors over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall surfaces including glazed tiles wherever exists including raking out joints, hacking for key and scrubbing down with water and removing unseviceable materials out side MoD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick plastering on fair faces of brick or concrete surface in CM (1:6) surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick or concrete surfac including mixed with WPC as per manufacturer's instruction's and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note :- WPC shall be measured and paid for separately as supply only under respective item of sch 'A'.

M&L for applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper on prepared plastered surfaces of walls complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of cement primer complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The newly plastered surface must be prepared in a manner so that there should not be any impression of dent and it should be made even and smooth all as per satifaction of Engr-in-Charge. The cost of all materials, T&P and labour required for preparation of surface are deemed to be included in the rates quoted.

M&L for preparation of old painted surface of steel material of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

In case of any dispute, the decision of Accepting Officer will be final and binding. (ii) Old fittings/ fixtures / accessories like switches, sockets, lamp holders, regulators etc., if found in serviceable condition shall be removed carefully for reuse in the work or taking on charge. (iii) Only old unserviceable items will be considered in credit Sch.

Taking down carefully TPN DB/ MCB DB complete, removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per condition seperately) and making good disturbed surfases of walls, floors, etc. all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick burried directly in ground, earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr depth below ground level at any type of strata with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5mtr below normal ground level surrounded with adequate quantity of charcoal dust mixed with salt to a packed thickness of 15cm all around the plate, connected by 4 mm GI wire as earth lead by means of brass nuts and bolt, thimbles check nuts, washers including concrete chamber of PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate with fair finish, internal surface of concrete chamber shall be given internal dia 300mm x300mm, 15mm thick plaster in CM (1:4) funnel with wire mesh, RCC pit cover of 320 x 320 x 80mm size PCC (1:2:4) Type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate rainforced with XPM all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-1(2009) and specified including and provision of GI wire upto 7.5 mtrs long with 15 mm dia light grade GI pipe protection and watering pipe of GI 20 mm bore, medium grade, including all exavation and earth work and connecting the earthing wire to panel, including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.
