Grouting of PCC / STP pole with ration 1:4:8 CC ratio cement sand and stone grid as per RESSPO drawing all required material will be provided by contractor.

Earthing of HT/L/T pole in the ground and properly connected to each support. As per RESSPO schedule (earthing rod provided by department and other required nut and bolts etc. provided by firm by at his on cost)

Laying and sagging of 3 Phase ACSR weasel/raccon/dog conductors for 11 & 33 KV line including jumpering, hosting, fixing of all type of insulator, binding, jointing and its clamping etc. in all respect. (conductor provided by department)

Laying of AB cable 3x50/3x95/3x120

Laying of AB cable 1x16

Mounting of following T/F on D/P and making all LT/HT connection.

Laying of 11 KV XLPE cable on STP/PCC pole complete in all respect (all required clamps with MS-angle of size 50*50*6 mm 14 inches long and required size nut, bolt and washer provided by firm on his cost etc.)

Laying of 11 KV XLPE Cable by drill method with GI pipe of size 4" dia. As per norms (Pipe will be provided by contractor) complete work in all respect.

Laying of 11 KV XLPE Cable by drill method with HDPE pipe of size 4" dia. As per norms (Pipe will be provided by contractor) complete work in all respect.

Laying of 11 KV single circuit XLPE cable by digging of trench including supply of required material as fine sand, first class bricks, stone slab. Including refilling of trench. (All the matrial required for laying will be supplied by the contractor as per departmental norms except 11 KV XLPE cable)

Laying of 11 KV double circuit XLPE cable by digging of trench including supply of required material as fine sand, first class bricks, stone slab. Including refilling of trench. The two cables should be seprated by a partition of single bricks. (All the matrial required for laying will be supplied by the contractor as per departmental norms except 11 KV XLPE cable)

Laying of 33 KV single circuit XLPE cable by digging of trench including supply of required material as fine sand, first class bricks, stone slab. Including refilling of trench. (All the matrial required for laying will be supplied by the contractor as per departmental norms except 33 KV XLPE cable)

Laying of 33 KV double circuit XLPE cable by digging of trench including supply of required material as fine sand, first class bricks, stone slab. Including refilling of trench. Carriage of new CT/PT from store center Pilibhit to site and mounting/installation on double pole, making all connections . (All T & P and required size Nut Bolt and washer etc. provided by firm) Complete work in all respect.

Carriage of new 11/33 KV Cubical metering from store center Pilibhit to site with installation and making all connections (All T & P and required size Nut Bolt and washer etc. provided by firm) Complete work in all respect.

Termination of Jointing kits (11/33 kv) jointing kit provided by department (All T & P and Nutt Bolt of various size etc. provided by firm)

Carriage from store center pilibhit to site and Hoisting of 33 & 11 KV XLPE cable on pole by providing GI Pipe including cost of GI Pipe and required clamps. (Only 33 & 11 KV XLPE cable provided by department) complete work in all respect.

Construction of T/Fs plinth of size 5 fit x5 fit x5 fit with the help of first class bricks, cement & coarse sand as per norms. Filling the structure completely by brick blast & plastering work of walls Including CC work on top in ratio 1:2:4 by cement, stone grit & sand and grouting of 2 nos. M.S. channel of size 50x50x5 mm on the top of T/Fs plinth whole work should be done as per RESSPO norms complete in all respect. (All Material will be provided by Contractor own his cost) For 250 KVA T/F & 400 KVA T/F.

Mounting of 250 KVA T/F on newly constructed plinth, laying of cable jumpering and making all HT/LT connections complete work in all respect.

Mounting of 400 KVA T/F on newly constructed plinth, laying of cable jumpering and making all HT/LT connections complete work in all respect.

Shifting of 25/63 KVA Transformer from old DP to New Constructed DP including lowering and mounting of transformer making LT/HT connection.

Opening of conductor/cable from exiting poles and laying and sagging of same to new errected poles complete in all respect.

Earthing of 250/400 KVA T/F (Body and neutral) by boaring type upto 40 feet depth water level by providing GI Pipe and making connection from boaring site to T/F.

Fixing of LT distribution box single Phase with providing IP connector and required nut, bolt and washer.

Fixing of LT distribution box three Phase with providing four nos.IP connector and required nut, bolt and washer.

Receive back material from site to store centre- Pilibhit
