Construction of intake weir at node no. 1& 99 of RCC construction in concrete mix of M-20 grade across the nallah of appropriate length & height i/c depth above & below the natural bed level of nallah as per site requirements to obtain requisite discharge as per propoer design & drawing including construction cost of civil works, inlet & outlet arrangement , excavation in all kinds of soil, developement of site, pumping & bailing out water, carriage of materials within all leads and lifts etc. i/c the design & drawing charges of hydraulic as well as structural design as per feild hydraulic data complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Designing and construction, testing and commissioning of water treatment plant 0.65 MLD. The scope of work includes the construction of 0.65 MLD water treatment plant capacity. Water treatment plant capable to treat the raw water of the quality specified in the basic design data to produce clear water as per the requirements of CPHEEO manual on water supply and treatment and as specified in basic design data. The treatment flowsheet comprises of raw water tank, PST/ Tube settler,electronic channel, flow meter, cleriflocculator, rapid sand filter , clear water tank and back wash tank. For coagulant addition proper alum, lime solution tanks with proper mechanical mixing arrengement is provided as per data sheet No 2 to 9. Gaseous chlorination is provided disinfection. Plant building for housing chemical store cum dosing room, water testing laboratory cun attendent room ( Toilet) Supply of laboratory requirement , piping,valves, mechanical/ electrical equipment, electric wiring and panel boards, sanitations, interconnecting paths, site development upto a minimum of 3 metre from edge of battery limit of plant, retaining and breast walls and fencing. The firm shall submit detailed hydaulic and structural design and drawings. (6 copies) for each components of treatment plant which shall be approved by the department before the work is started. The design/ drawings of the mechanical/electrical equipment and wiring etc. alongwith manufacturers specifricaton/design also be submitted for approval to the department. On the completion of all civil, mechanical and electrical works the contractor shall test run the plant for one week before handing over the same to the department at the cost of the contractor. However, electrical charge shall be borne by the department. During the period the contractor shall run the plant at full rated capacity and produced the result specified in the NIT as per the CPHEEO standards in the presence of Engineer-in-Charge or his representative. During this period daily testing raw water and treated water sample shall be done. Complete record of the test results and the flow measurements shall be kept during this period. If the performance of various units of the treatment plant is as specified in representative. If the performace of various units of treatment plant as specified in CPHHEO mannual, the plant shall be formally taken over by the department, otherwise the contractor shall make necessary change/repair to improve the efficiency of the unit/plant. The contractor/frim shall run and maintained the plant for one month after handing over the plant to the department. During this period the firm shall depute atleast one trained person to trained the depeartment persons in operating, maintaining the plant and regular testing of the raw water and treated.
