Earth work in excavation by mechanical means( Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. all kind of soil.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m. All kind of soil

Supplying and filling in plinth, under floor, foundations etc. with sand (fine) from local quarry with all lifts including spreading in horizontal layers, watering, grading to required slope, ramming, consolidating and compacting each layer by using plate compactor or by any suitable method complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering -All work uoto plinth level: 1:2:4 ( 1 Cement: 22 fine sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto floor five level. Mild steel and Medium\Tensile steel bars.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement--All work upto plinth level: 1:1½:3 (1 Cement: 1½ fine sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Centering shuttering including struttings, propping etc. and removal of form work for: Foundations, footings, bases for columns etc. for mass concrete with timber plank

Providing steel work in built up tubular ( round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc. includng cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, welded and bolted including special shaped washers etc. complete as required:- Hot finished welded type tubes

Steel work welded in built up section/framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using steel etc. complete as required:- In grating, frames, guard bar, railing, brackets, gates and similar works, all complete.

Stone tile (polished) work for wall lining over 12mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) and cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm including pointing in white cement complete including rubbing, curing etc. complete at all levels as required:- Granite of any colour and shade duly approved.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint ( two or more coats ) of required colour of approved brand and manufacture on new work to give an even shade.

Applying priming coat: With ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel, galvanised iron / steel work.

Painting with black anticorrosive bitumastic paint ( two or more coats ) of approved brand and manufacture on new work to give an even shade.

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation , grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300 mm , removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000 m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per MoRDTechnical Specification clause 201. Providing and fixing 1.8 meters high GI barbed wire fencing with 2.4 m angle iron posts 50 mm x 50mm x 6 mm placed every 3 meters centre to center founded in M15 grade cement concrete, 0.6 metre below ground level, every 15th post, last but one end post on one side only and provided with 12 horizontal wires and 2 diagonals interwoven with horizontal wires, fixed with GI staples, turn buckles etc complete as per MoRT&H Technical Specification clause 807.
