Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning of indoor termination heat shrinkable end jointing kit suitable for HT cable of size up to 95 Sqmm, XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed armoured 11000 volts grade complete all as specified and directed.
Supplying , installation, testing and commissioning of 12 KV, 630 Amps having short circuit capacity 21kA/3-sec, Outdoor (IP54), RMU (Ring main unit) 4-way comprising of 03 Nos manually operated Load Break Switch and 01 Nos 630 Amp Fixed Type manually operated spring charging VCB electrolytic grade copper busbars all inside, gas-filled, robotically welded stainless steel 304 (Non Ferrite Non Megnetic Grade) tank with min. thickness 3+0.5 mm, IP 67 Degree of Protection , internal-arc classified 21kA/1sec for cable box and tank both, on-site-repairable with site replacable bushing/coupling/mechanism, gas refilling etc. The enclosure shall have padlockable double-door access with anti-theft higes, fully covering the front facia and cable boxes to ensure fail-safe anti-theft protection. The unit shall include the following along with all necessary accessories and fittings as required at site. ( Make : Siemens, ABB, Schneider)

M&L for dismantling of 4/2 pole HT stucture from ground lavel including openning of existing cable connection from GOD/Jumper, opening of insulater, LA, Angle iron frame complete with making good of disturebed surface and connecting the HT cable with RMU as directed.

M&L for PVC Coated chain link fencing 3 mm dia galvanised wire mesh (mesh size 50 mm x 50 mm) at the top of transformer plinth of size of 5000mm x 5000mm with fixed on MS angle iron frame of size 50x50x6mm and braced with flat iron 25x6mm incl provision of opening gate with 1 no. 300 mm sliding bolt of stainless steel with locking arrangement, MS hinges of suitable size as per site requirement and fence should be upto the transformer height incuding PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation for MS angle iron complete all as specified and directed.
M&L for galvanized earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 600x600x6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level surrounded from all sides by 15 cm thick and packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt filling in alternate layers and electrode connections by using glavanised iron strip 32x6mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made of MS and protected by light grade 40mm dia and 20mm dia bore for watering and incl funnel, wire mesh RCC pit cover and PCC chamber pit with PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 (incl excavation and earth work, disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 mtr) all as specified and shown on Plate No 3 of SSR Part-I 2009 complete and testing after completion.
