REPAIR / REPLACEMENT AND MAINTENANCE TO WATER SUPPLY DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM INCLUDING REPLACEMENT OF OLD CI/DI/GI WATER PIPE LINES, CONTROL VALVES, REPAIR TO VALVE PITS AND CLEANING TO OVERHEAD RESERVIOR AT JAFFARPORE, KANCHRAPARA, BARASAT AND LOS DUM D

Material and labour for seven stage cleaning and sterilization of inside the RCC over head tank of capacity 50000 gallons through bacteriological treatment by using TERBAC G5, TERBAC G65 and ULTRA VOILET RAY complete all as specified and as directed. Steps for seven stages are as under :- First Stage- To drain out the water by using exit valve or high capacity dewatering system. Second Stage- Cleaning all the algae formation inside the tank by using TERBAC G5 a laboratory tested branded chemical of the company. Third Stage- Scrubbing the walls of the tanks with mechanized scrubber & fresh water cleaning by high speed jet pump. Fourth Stage- First bacteria screening is sterilization by using TERBAC-G5 a Govt laboratary certified branded halogen compound. Fifth Stage- Cleaning the floor of water tank by heavy duty industrial vaccum cleaner. Sixth Stage- Second bacteria screening and sterilizing method by using ultra voilet ray within the tank and kills all suspended bacteria. Seventh stage- Cleaning and third bacteria screening is to sterlize the floor of the water tank by using laboratory certified, branded strong oxidizing agent TERBAC-G65.

Note :- (a) Work will be carried through specialized agency from one of the below given makes. (b) Company will submit Govt laboratory test certificate of TERBAC-G5, TERBAC-G65, fix the sticker mentioning the date of cleaning & name of site and also provide, certificate confirming the completion of sterlization of watr tanks mentioning the name of station and date of cleaning. All the cleaning & sterlization staffs should be under accidental insurance coverage. (c) Any damage occured to the tank during the process of cleaning the tank shall be repaired without any extra cost. (d) The quoted rate shall include for guarantee of a period of One year from the certified date of cleaning. (e) All debris and waste material obtained during cleaning of tank shall be disposed at a location decided by Engineer -in- Charge without any extra cost. (f) Date of cleaning shall be written as per direction of Engineer -in- Charge without any extra cost. Authorised agency:- Rays cleantech / Inus watertech / Satya enterprises. Material and labour for construction of brick masonry valve pit of size 1200x1200x1200mm (internal dimension) with one brick thick masonary work in CM (1:4), PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation concrete including PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in bedding and coping 10mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:4) internally and externally upto 15 cm below ground level providing valve pit 50x50x6mm angle iron frame all round the fixed point by means of 4 Nos hold fast 150mm long made out of flat iron 40 x 6 mm embedded in PCC block (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) of size 230 x200 x100mm. including provision of hinges welded with angle iron frame and mild steel cover 3 mm thick, mild steel handle of suitable and size welded with mild steel cover and suitable locking arrangement and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red-oxide primer including necessary excavation work in soft/ loose soil including dismantling of unserviciable existing valve pit complete all as shown in Drawing No AF/TD/240/15 of sheet 1/2 & 2/2 and directed.

Supply and fix in repair CI sluice valve size 150 mm dia PN 1.6 conforming to IS-14846 flanged end complete with iron wheel head and stainless steel spindle complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in bases / pedestals for pipe lines mud stops or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description built in cement mortar on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. and removal of rubbish from the site complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatement of steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinch chrome primer including preperation of surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 25mm bore Gl tubing (medium grade) with screwed socket joints together with all tube fittings (such as bends, elbows, tees, short pieces, connectors, back- nuts, reducer, diminishing pieces, caps, plugs and unions, etc.) and laying in trenches etc., also for cutting,screwing and waste and for making forged bends on piping as required. Connector shall be inserted, where required or directed including taking down old unserviciable existing GI pipe, cutting through walls, floors etc and making good disturbed portion complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 15mm bore Gl tubing (medium grade) with screwed socket joints together with all tube fittings (such as bends, elbows, tees, short pieces, connectors, back- nuts, reducer, diminishing pieces, caps, plugs and unions, etc.) and fixing on walls, ceilings, floors complete with clips, wall hooks, wooden plugs, etc., also for cutting,screwing and waste and for making forged bends on piping as required. Connector shall be inserted, where required or directed including taking down old unserviciable existing GI pipe, cutting through walls, floors etc and making good disturbed portion complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair cast iron butterfly valve 150mm dia hand operated PN-1.6 conforming to IS:13095-2020 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair 150mm dia cast iron Non return valve PN-1.6 flanged end swing type with nitrile rubber flap, conforming to IS-1538 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 27.00 above but for 50mm dia pipe and -ditto-.

Material and labour for cutting the road/hard standing and making good disturbed surfaces by using PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) for fixing the pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for boring under road / taxi track / PCC / drain for laying of CI/GI/DI upto 80 mm dia without disturbing top surface complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc. 1.5m wide and n.exc1.5m depth for foudation, trenches for laying of pipe line etc. and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, inclusive spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm in type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair 25mm dia PP-R Gate valves (brass insert) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cleaning once in a month by spraying of weeds herbicide for kill unwanted vegetation around near E/M installation, cutting grass, removing unwanted bushes, removing debris etc and making good of undulated ground by filling fresh soil and levelling the area to existing ground level, removing unwanted debris from the site complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Location - Jafferpore and approx area - 1600.00 sqm. (ii) In case of damage to any existing assets such as UG cables, pipelines or any type of things, contractor shall be make good as per the existing without any extra cost.
