curing complete excluding the cost of formwork and

reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in (B) Walls, from

top of foundation level upto floor two level

Providing TMT Bar FE 500D reinforcement for R.C.C.work

Providing formwork of ordinary timber planking so as to give a

rough finish including centering shuttering strutting and

propping etc. height of propping and centering below supporting

floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 M. and removal of the same for

535.00 in situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in. (C) 258.28 Sqm

Vertical surface such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the

like including attached buttresses & string course & the like.

Providing 15mm thick plaster in Single coat on Rough Side of

Single of Half Brick Walls for interior Plastering upto floor Two

level and finished even and smooth in: Cement Mortar-1:4

Providing 18 mm thick Granite plate (TAKTI 0.75x0.60 m) as

per approved colour, engraving and providing required curtains

etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.(R.A.)

Rates quoted inclusive of clearance of sight (prior to commencement of work and at its

2 close) in all respect and hold good for work under all conditions , sight, moisture, weather

One percent labor cess will be deducted from the valued work done as per ' Bulding and

3 other construction work welfare cess act' G.R. No. GHR - 2005/04/CWA/2004/841/M-3 Dt.

4 GST and Income tax TDS will be deducted at a source while making payments of bills

5 GST will be paid extra as per Govt. amendment.
