Repairs to 5HP 3 phase priming pumping unit of lift irrigation scheme Gantamulla & Kandikhan by way loading in private load carrier and shifting it to workshop for repair. The job includes the charge for complete rewinding of stator coils as per sample of copper wire of standard size and quality (4.5 kg ). The job includes the charge for providing and fitting of insulation material in the slots of stator including bamboo straps, latheride paper etc and varnishing of winding with good quality varnish. The job also includes p/f of Bakelite connections plate as per sample with proper thimbling of terminals. The job also includes the charge for making sleeve, balancing of shaft on lathe machine, p/f of new nuts & bolts & greasing of bearings, packing etc for the completion of work. Then reassembling the pumping unit at workshop and shifting to site and tested on full load. Deduct the cost of old scrap (3.6kg).
