Cutting the grooves with suitable cutter machine in "v" groove filled with Repair mortar/Microconcrete/General purpose grout as recommended proportionaly as per recommendation of manufacturer.Making of Gollas at all the corners with Polymer modified mortar(1:4 Cement:sand with 3.5% Acylic of cement by weigth complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supplying and applying High build elastomeric waterproofing coating based on pure, hydrophobic polyurethane, cold applied of spray / brush applied, membrane with an elongation of 280% and tensile strength of 2.7 N/mm2 as per ASTM D 2370, crack bridging ability of 3mm, no leakage upto 5 bars of water pressure as per DIN 1048, min 88 % solid content. The system includes final base preparation, epoxy primer 1:1(Resin:hardner) application with 100 % water dilution and Pure polyurethane application in 2 coats with a total min consumption of 1.25 Kg per SQM .Application should be done with Graco sprayer by a company authorised applicator complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Make- Asian Paints, BASF, Texa or equivalent as approved by AGE(I).

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified & directed.

Bore Packing: Borehole gaps between concrete surface and pvc pipe of various dia upto the neck level filled with non-shrink free flow grout - SmartCare GP Grout or approved equivalent having dual shrinkage compensation property complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note-: Before the bore packing, surface of the pvc pipe and concrete surface shall be made rough and sand will be sprinkled with polymer bonding agent.

Supplying and applying two component elastomeric acrylic polymer modified cementitious waterproofing coating, SmartCare Damp Block 2K or approved equivalent , having 100 % elongation as per ASTM D412, resisting 5 bars hyrostatic pressure as per DIN 1048, reduction to rapid chloride shall be 70 as per DIN 1048, crack bridging upto 1.2mm as per ASTM 4548.5. The coating shall have food grade certificate from laboratories like CFTRI. The mixing ratio of the coating shall be 2 parts of powder & 1 part of liquid without any water addition in the mixing, etc, complete as per manufacturers specifications. Make- Asian Paints or equivalent as approved by AGE(I).

Laying slope making and protection to the waterproofing treatment with 30 mm avg thick M20 grade screed for floors. Providing and applying 15 mm thick with CM 1:4 for wall plastering admixed with PC based integral waterproofing compound SmartCare Vitalia, etc. complete, as per manufacturer's specifications. Make- Asian Paints or equivalent as approved by AGE(I).

Filling the sunk portion with cinder/brickbat coba (in slope) and providing finish as per consultant's methodology and specification. Note:- Slope to be maintained with PCC/CM which is to done over the brick bat/cinder filling and rate shall have deemed in the quoted rate.

Dismantling of cast iron jointed in cement concrete complete all as specified.
