Dismantling of 01 MVA 11/0.4kV transformer by way of disconnecting of all HT and LT connections, opening of top lid, draining out of T. Oil in barrels at site with the help of skilled labours, other tools & tackles.

Mechanical transportation, loading, unloading and handling of Transformer oil in barrels to workshop for filtration using appropriate means of transport as Mini truck like Tata mobile, Bolero Camper or similar with 1km lead:

Extra per kilometre for lead >10 kms up to 20 kms.

Filtartion of old existing/reclaimed T-oil at suitable temperature.

Providing and filling of transformer oil conforming to IS 335 (Preferred make: Power oil/ Indian Oil Servo/ HPCL).

Providing and fitting of Hot dipped Galvanised MS nuts, bolts and washers of assorted sizes.

Supply of Neoprene Rubberized Gasket Sheet 3mm thick.

Providing and fitting of metal part stem with allied fittings of transformer bushings (HV/ LV) as Copper

Mechanical transportation, loading, unloading and handling of Transformer oil in barrels from workshop to site after filtration using appropriate means of transport as Mini truck like Tata mobile, Bolero Camper or similar with 1km lead:

Extra per kilometre for lead >10 kms up to 20 kms.

Complete assembling of 01 MVA 11/440V transformer by way of closing transformer lid by way of fitting of existing nuts/bolts and gaskets, insulators, etc. Refilling of t.oil up to required level in tank. Reconnecting of HT/ LT connections and testing on full load.

Replacement of pump hearing by way of extraction of bearing housing assembly of 15 cusec VT pump unit no.02 by way of isolating and disconnecting all leads from terminal box of motor, decoupling of pump motor assembly at site and shifting of same in private load carrier to workshop for repairs . Disassembling of bearing housing assembly and extraction of old damaged bearing and fitting of new bearing 29422 of Reputed make. Refitting, shifting of bearing housing in private load carrier and installing, fitting with pump and then coupling with 400 HP motor and tested on full load.
