SITC of new Split AC at the ANM (R ) within the campus of COM and JNM Hospital under Kalyani Electrical Sub Division at Kalyani Nadia

Supply, Installation, Testing, and Commissioning of air-cooled Hi-Wall split type air conditioners of following Cooling Capacity, Air Flow Rate and Minimum ISEER: 5.0, BEE level - 4-Star (min) comprising Indoor and Outdoor Units with factory charged Rotary/Scroll compressors (R-32/R-410A) including surface/concealed copper refrigerant piping insulated with closed-cell elastomeric nitrile rubber insulation and wrapping tape (up to 3 m), FRLS type copper power cable (up to 3.5 m) (Make: RR Kabel Ltd./Finolex/Havells) with suitable plug top (Make: Anchor), 3 meters of drain pipe, and wireless remote control with suitable battery. The system shall operate on a 230 V, 50 Hz (± tolerance as per the applicable standard), single-phase AC supply, providing cooling, dehumidification, and air circulation functions, conforming to IS-1391 (Part-II) with all amendments. It shall be capable of efficient performance at outdoor ambient temperatures up to 50° C, with a minimum 5-year OEM warranty on both the compressor and PCB. The system shall be installed with S&F appropriate fixing arrangements as per OEM recommendations, including wall openings, mending well the damages and making necessary connections, including T&P & labour, etc., as required, complete in all respects as per the direction of EIC (Make: MITSUBISHI ELECTRIC / Daikin / O-General / Carrier) Cooling Capacity: 5.2 KW (Minimum) and Air Flow Rate: 600 CFM (Minimum)

Supplying, Installation, testing and commissioning including vaccumiazation and Nitrogen testing of following nominal sizes of soft/hard drawn copper refrigerant piping for VRV/VRF system, complete with fittings, with suitable adjustable ring type hanger supports, jointing/brazing including accessories, insulated with XPLE Class-O tubular insulation/with Class-O closed cell elastometric nitrile rubber tubular sleeves sections of 19 mm thick insulation as given below for Suction and Liquid lines, all accessories as per specifications etc. as required : 6.4 mm dia (OD) (Soft drawn) with tube thickness 1.2 mm

9.5 mm dia (OD) (Soft drawn) with tube thickness 1.2 mm

15.86 mm dia (OD) (Soft drawn) with tube thickness 1.2 mm

S & F of the following additional items for length exceeding 3.5 mtr for complete installation and commissioning of the above AC machines. i) 2.5 sq. mm, 3/4 core copper cable (FRLS type) (Make: RR Kabel/Finolex/Havells).

Supply & laying Soft Drawn PVC Drain Pipe exceeding 3 mtr of 19 mm dia with proper supports & brackets as per direction EIC. (Make: Suprime/Oriplast)

Supply & Fixing 'FR' type Heat resistant 3" Insulation tape for Heat resistant

Taken down the Indoor & Outdoor Unit of Split type AC Machines (1.5/2 ton) from its existing installation place and refitting the same at authorities noted place within the campus of ANM(R ) Training School COM&JNM Hospital after servicing & repairing as required.

Supplying and fixing 415 V, 63 A TPN SFU (Make: L&T/Havells/ABB/Siemens) with sheet steel enclosure on angle iron frame on wall with nuts, bolts etc incl. S & F 3 nos. DIN type HRC fuse as per rating. [SOR:D-3/4(a)]
