Modernisation to Phapudia MIP in Ghasipura block in Keonjhar District under OIIPCRA for the year 2024-25

Clearing and grubbing jungles including uprooting tank vegetation, grass bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth up to 300mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviciable material and stacking of useful materials with supply of all labour T & P and all taxes as per prevailing norm etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work in hard soil in embankments,canal bank etc. within all lead and lift including rough dressing and breaking clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm and laying in layers not exceeding 0.3m in depth and as per specification approved by the department with supply of all labour, all taxes as per prevailing norm and T&P required for the work etc complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (Measurement to be taken on finished compacted level section of the fill, 12.50% to be deducted towards settlement of earth work if measurement taken before passage of one monsoon.)

Excavation of foundation to proper profile in all kinds of soil with all leads , lifts and delifts including dressing and leveling the bed to proper slope and level and making it fit for laying concrete and depositing the excavated materials clear of work site within all leads and lifts etc including dewatering from foundation if necessary etc with supply of all labour, all taxes as per prevailing norm and T&P required for the work etc complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing Cement Concrete M15 grade (excluding cost of M.S.Rod,carriage and labour for cutting ,bending ,binding and fixing of M.S.Rod) using 20mm and down graded crusher broken hard granite stone aggregates of approved quality quarried, free from weathered skin surface and other deletorious materials, quarry debris and foreign materials, using clean and sharp sand of approved grading and quality confirming to the design specifications including hoisting & lowering to all heights, watering & dewatering, laying the concrete in position to proper slope and level, compacting in layers with vibrators and finishing the exposed surface smooth, curing for required time, providing beads and grooves wherever necessary including cost, conveyance, royalty and other taxes of all materials hire and running charges of the machineries, cost and carriage of water etc, with supply of all labour, taxes as per prvailing norm and supervision Charges including mobilisation & de-mobilisation of men & machineries, T&P with all incidental Charges required for the work complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing Reinforced Cement Concrete M20 grade for RCC works on approved surface or shape and size using 20mm and down graded crusher broken hard granite stone aggregates of approved quality quarried, free from weathered skin surface and other deletorious materials, quarry debris and foreign materials, clean and sharp sand of approved grading and quality confirming to the design specifications including hoisting & lowering to all heights, watering & dewatering, laying the concrete in position to proper slope and level, compacting in layers with vibrators and finishing the exposed surface smooth, curing for required time, providing beads and grooves including cost, conveyance, royalty and other taxes of all materials,(excluding cost,carriage of M.S.Rod and labour for cutting,bending,binding and fixing of M.S.Rod) with all cost of tools and plant, cost and carriage of water etc, with supply of all labour and supervision Charges including mobilisation & demobilisation of machineries, T&P with all incidental Charges required for the work complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, straightening ,cutting,bending and binding of uncoated HYSD Steel ( Approved by Govt. Odisha) for concrete works and tying the grills as per approved design & drawing and placing in position including cost, conveyance, royalty and other taxes binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge with supply of all labour, taxes as per prvailing norm and T&P required for the work etc, complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Weight of the binding wire will not be included in the measurement for payment)

Filling foundation & plinth with sand including watering & ramming to all heights with all leads & lifts with supply of all labour, all taxes as per norm and T&P required for the work etc complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying laying and fixing NP-3 RCC spun pipes 150 mm diameter including cost, conveyance, royalties and all taxes of RCC spun and including supply of all labour, other taxes as per prevailing norm and T&P etc. required for the work complete as directed by the Engineer-in- charge.

Dismantling and removing cement concrete including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the derbies with all leads & lifts including all labour, taxes as per norm, T & P etc. required for the item & as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling brick or stone masonry in lime or cement mortar above 3m. height including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris with all leads & lifts including all labour, taxes as per prvailing norm, T & P etc. required for the item & as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & fixing 12mm thick salitex board (Bituminous) expansion joint board) in expansion joints including cost, carriage, royalties and taxes of all materials, supply of all labour ,T & P and supervision charges required for the item etc. complete in all respect as per approved design, drawing, specificiton and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Fine dressing of earth work in slope of Dam & Canal embankment including trimmed to required profile and turfing with best compacted dub grass sods with all leads and lifts including periodical watering with labour, all other taxes as per prevailing norm and T & P till survival of the turf etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Measurement and Payment will be made on survival of the turf. )

Rough stone dry packing in approns and revetments using departmental stone to all heights,thickness , profile and level including filling the interstices with small stone wedges including all labour and T&P required for the work complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing all type of Hume Pipes and Stacking within a lead of 1000 metres including Earthwork and Dismantling of Masonry Works including T&P, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 1000 metres for the work complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing rigid shuttering for concrete works with box type steel shuttering plates with keys for intermediate construction joints in rafts of weir , barrage and dam blocks including cost, conveyance, royalty & other taxes of all materials required for the work complete in all respect and curing with water for specified period including depositing the debris clear of work site with all leads & lifts, delfts including supply of all labour, all taxes as per prevailing norm and T & P required for the items of work etc. complete in all respect as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying laying and fixing NP-3 RCC spun pipes 900 mm diameter including cost, conveyance, royalties and all taxes of RCC spun and including supply of all labour, other taxes as per prevailing norm and T&P etc. required for the work complete as directed by the Engineer-in- charge.

Supply, transportation, erection, fitting and fixing approved type of moulded measuring devices (Cut Throat Flumes) of required discharge capacity made out of fiberglass reinforced Plastic mould (FRP) at the specified location with "hold fasts" embedded I etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in Charge.
