Repair to CHAIR DINING OFFICER/ LONG BACK (FD/MAP-II/04, 357)

Replacement worn-out cushion and tepestry cloth, for the seat shall be of 75mm thick foam of 40 density of covered with good quality tapestry cloth of approved shade as approved by GE/ Engr-in-Charge. complete all as shown on drawing and as directed .

Scratching the entire wooden pallets of chair with electric grinder, filling putty to the bore holes making surface smooth by scratching it with different type of sand emery papers, the chair shall be french polished with high gloss finish after properly cleaning and smotthing the surface, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L to replacement of unserviceable/ broken rear leg made out of 1st class well seasoned 1st class teak wood of size as per drawing, duly shaped as per drawing and fixing with other member by Fevicol and bamboo pins, Screws with provn of PVC/ Hard rbber shoe incluiding polishing to replaced part of wooden to match with existing part complete all as shown on drawing and as directed.

S & F new twin wheel castors (01 set of wheel asembly i.e 05 twin wheels) complete all as shown in drawing and as directed.

Replacement of broken/ unsv tilting mechanism with new tilting mechanism, complete all as shown in drawing and as directed.

Replacement of unsv/ broken gas lifting mechanism complete all as shown in drawing and as directed.

Replacement of broken handle make up of black intergeral skin polyurethane reinforced with MS insert. It shall be scratch and weather resistant.

S & F new PVC base (5 leg) of chair complete all as shown in drawing and as directed.

Repair of CHAIR DINING JCO/Ors (MAP) FD/MAP-II/05 Removing of unsv worn out PVC seat for chair dining JCO/Ors (MAP) and recaning of chair with plasrtic cane of 1/2 round 2.0 mm wide and 0.40 mm thick , woven in Mat / Godrej pattern and border round and back of chair with 4 mm wide of approved quality after making holes for canning of seat shall be 3 mm dia and kept at a distance of 12.5 mm center to center complete all as per drawing and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Polishing of chair new and old done with two coats of french polish after filling the holes cracks with putty and make the surface smooth with emery paper and applying raw / brunt saina on the surface of direct vision complete all as specified.

Repair of BIN LINEN MULTIPURPOSE FD/E6/MAP/09

Replacement top of Bin linen multipurpose made of pre-laminated particle board exterior grade with one side teak faced and other white face of size 18/19 mm thick including 4mm thick teak wood edging all around . complete all as shown on drawing and as directed.

New movable shelf made of 5.5mm thick glass of superor quality. complete all as shown in drawing and as directed.

Replacement anyone of sides of Mirror dressing gents map made of pre-laminated particle board exterior grade with one side teak faced and other white face of size 18/19 mm thick. complete all as shown in drawing and as directed.

Replacement hinges of mirror dressing gents made of 3mm this MS sheet . Complete all as shown in drawing and as directed.

Repair to TABLE CENTER GLASS TOP (TP) S & F new glass top made of size 1200x600x10mm thick glass dark shaded superior quality and round shaped corner of (R-15). Complete all as shown on drawing and as directed .

Repair to TABLE PEG GLASS TOP (TP) S & F new glass top made of size 450x300x10mm thick glass dark shaded superior quality and round shaped corner of (R-15). Complete all as shown on drawing and as directed .
