Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor,paving nexc 15cm thick(below or above GL) complete all as specified and directed

M&L cement concrete work in pavement / hardstanding of flexural strength 40 kg/square centimeter in field using 400 kg of cement per cubic meter, thickness of concrete 25 cm or less all as spfd directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary form work complete all as specified.

M & L cement concrete 1:2:4 type B2 (20mm aggregate) in surface channel complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh,any type complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling post or struts (steel) any section, embedded in concrete etc including taking out embedded portion and making good the disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MS posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 all as spfd and directed

M & L preparing old previously treated surfaces of steel surface over 10 cm girth or width and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint on old steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work, stone/boulder masonary built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 100 mm mild steel but hinges medium weight,cold rolled complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 250mm long Mild steel sliding door bolts, plate type, stove enamelled black, with bright bolt not less than 12mm dia with and including a minimum of 6 bolts and nuts,four on bolt plate and two on staple plate and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition reinforced cement concrete in any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Slabs supported on walls,beams and columns in floors,roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like using cement concrete type B-0 1:2:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Note- (a) Contractor/Rep of the contractor has to collect the complaints on daily basis from incharge of complaint cell. b) The blockage of WC/Floor Trap/Gully Trap are to be cleared on the same day of the receipt of complaint.

M&L cleaning of existing septic tank and sewage well by closing the existing sewage system at last man hole. Removing man hole cover and dewatering the liquid waste by mechanical pumping. Removing the solid sludge by manually or by mechanical system up to the bottom of septic tanks and sewage well at any size incl depositing the solid sludge in the pit providing by digging in near by septic tank of appropriate size. Whole area to be covered with bleaching powderand covered by natural earth obtained from excavation after filling the solid sludge and making good completely hygienic and directed at site. Note: During the cleaning of soakage wells/septic tanks, alternate arrangement be made by contractor by temporary pumping arrangement for clearing continuous incoming sewage complete all as specifed and directed Note :- (i) The cost of excavation of pit, bleaching powder and RFR to cover the sludge shall deemed to be inclusive in rate quoted by the contractor. (ii) All the tools and plants including mechanical pump and other allied arrangements for making sewage line functional will be made available by the contractor with out any extra cost to the Govt.

M&L for Cleaning of sewage line blocked/filled with sludge (solid/semi solid) silt and any other waste by roding or any other means (without damage to sewage line ) manhole to manhole and well pushing and cleaning including removing the waste to a distance not exceeding 50 meter and burried into pit excavated upto 15 cm depth below the GL and cover with excavated soils after treating the sludge by spreading a fine layer of bleaching powder as directed to reduce the foul gased and refixing man hole cover slab in position for sewage line of dia upto 200mm and at any depth complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) The cost of excavation of pit, bleaching powder and RFR to cover the sludge shall deemed to be inclusive in rate quoted by the contractor. (ii) All the tools and plants including mechanical pump and other allied arrangements for making sewage line functional will be made available by the contractor with out any extra cost to the Govt.

S&F On site coventional LLDPE septic tank of total capacity of 3000 ltr designed to carry sewage and sullage water, incl excavation in any type of soil, 100mm PCC 1:4:8 below foundation, Vent shaft, connection etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for construction of Soakage well incl excavation, in any type of soil, foundation in PCC 1:3:6, walls of honey combed masonry with top ring of M25 concrete including intercepting chamber and screen chamber made of Brick masonary in CM, RCC cover slab in M25/ SFRC cover, interconnecting pipes of RCC/DWC complete filled with brick bats of size 1.20m dia and 3.0m effective depth all as per CEBZ TD/309 SHT-1/4 to 4/4 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of 200 mm dia cast iron or reinforced concrete drain pipes, jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches, if required complete all as specified and directed.

S&F reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, 200mm laid and jointed complete with collars, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for concrete bed 1:4:8 type D-2 (Using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in drain pipes including packing under, and haunching against the side of pipes after the are laid and tested in 200 mm bore pipe, complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, of any dia making good to pipe and rendering , cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or ¾ section) in cement concrete (1:2:4 ) type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate finished smooth and reforming benching as required for 200 mm dia pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in hard/dense soil n.exc 1.50 m deep and 1.50m wide or shafts, manhole etc n.exc 10 Sqm on plan and n.exc 1.50m deep and getting out complete all as specified.

Returning, filling in trenches, including spreading, leveling watering and wall ramming in layers each n.exc 25cm in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus spoil to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.50 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm and not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors over and including 15mm thick screed in CM 1:6 etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shades of tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface, 450x350x7mm thick set and jointed in neat sement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over 10 mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 complete all as spfd & directed.

M&L for colored chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30 cm x 20 mm thick set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigments in floor including 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

(c) Apply one primer coat of acrylic based polymer Dr Fixit new coat(or equivalent of other make) confirming to ASTM C-836/1202, ASTM D-2240/412/4541, ASTM - E-96. ASTM-G-154 and water in 1:1 [email protected]/Kg/coat with roller or paint brush on RCC roof surface and allow it to dry. The primer shall be carried upto full height at parapet wall. (d) Apply in second coat of acrylic based ploymer Dr Fixit new coat (or equivalent of other make) conforming to ASTM C-836/1202, ASTM D-2240/412/4541 ASTM-E-96, ASTM G-154 and water in 1:1 rato @ 2.0Kg/Coat with roller or paint brush on RCC roof surface and allow it to dry. The water proofing coating shall be carried out up to full height at parapet walls. Note-The quoted rate deemed to be included for applying a bonding coat of SBR latex based repair polymer Dr Fixit UPR conforming to ASTM C190-85/881 and cement in the ratio of 1:[email protected] sqm/Liter/coat and repairing the damaged areas, drainage areas [pipes/points/khurras etc] with cement mortar 1:3 admixed with SBR latex based repair polymer Dr Fixit URP @ 10 Litre/50 kg bag of cement mix and repairing the cracks/holes etc with single pack polyurethane sealant of Dr Fixit conforming to ASTM C-920-S and allow to cure completely.

M&L for sunken floor treatment as described as under (i) to (vi) :- (i) Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided or in any type,filled in sunken portion & cleaned the sunken portion incl dismantling plastering wall surface complete as directed. (ii) M& L 40mm thick (Min) PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate with integral water proofing compound as per manufacturer instructions on bottom of sunken portion with proper slope towards spout. Vertical sides shall be plastered in CM (1:3) 15 mm thick mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer instructions. Plaster shall be extended over PCC coving when the same is green i.e. PCC & plaster be carried out at the same time complete all as specified and directed. (iii) Spouts of 40mm dia GI pipe medium grade projecting 450mm clear of face outer a wall with mosquito proof cap on inner face of pipe shall be provided to drain out seepage water ,including cutting holes and making good if needed as specified and directed. (iv) After laying sewage/ plumbing pipes with fixtures in position 2 coats of EP-101 epoxy compound shall be applied complete all as specified and directed. (v) The sunken portion shall be tested for leakage / seepage / dampness by pounding with water for 72 hours. In case any defect is noticed, the portion shall be grouted with cement slurry mixed with suitable chemical & tested again. The process of grouting and testing shall be repeated till leakage / seepage / dampness is eliminated. (vi) The sunken floor shall again be filled with PCC (1:5:10) type E-2 using over the treated surface upto top for fixing of WC complete all as specified and directed. Note - Mode of Measurement (i) Sunken slab to be treated up to 450 mm depth. (ii) Bottom area of sunken slab will only be measured for qty calculation and payment.

Dewatering and pumping out of existing accumulated sludge from Bar screen chamber and oil and grease chamber at STP by using external sewage disposal pump set to near by sewage disposal drain and cleaning of tank by scrapping with wire brush or any other means of on walls and bottom of tank and removing the sludge/ slits/ sand/fungus etc deposited inside the sumps/ tanks with buckets and depositing where directed followed by cleaning with bleaching water solution and fresh water and finally applying one coat of snow cem on internal and external surfaces including writing "Tank Cleaned (date) and due date with 10 Cm size white colour letter" on Black back ground on external walls complete all as specifoed and direted. Note :- (i) Contractor is to arange own diesel pump T&P etc for cleaning purpose and minor spares and cunsumable like small screws washers cleaning agents consumable etc is deemed to be included in the cost the unit rate quoted deemed to be include all safety precaution to be taken while working in STP. Contd.....

(ii) The accumulated/ deposied sludge after drying shall be disposed off out side the defence land to a distance not exceding 8.00 KM from the STP cost of which shall be deemed to inclusive in the quoted rate and nothing extra shall be paid on this account. (iii) Before commencement of work necessary arangement for disposal of sewage/ sludge be made and work to be caried out in fast pace by developing more man power at STP in Order to complete the work at the earliest. (iv) cleaning of sludge shall be carried out 2 times with internal of the mouth each cleaning shall be measured as one each job.

Servicing of Air blower ,positive displacement type ,twin lobe type of any make of capcity 400 Cum/hr after removing from its installed position by disconnecting suction and delivery silencer air delivery pipe disconnecting electric cables earth strips and dismounting the compressor and motor from base channel and overhauling of compressor by opening the compressor replacing the worn out/ defective spare parts making good of shaft and shaft sleeve diening internally lubricating the rotating parts reassembling the compressor duly replacing with new packing material 'O' rings worn out bolts nuts washers belt belt guard etc and bring back and reinstalling in its orignal position checking alingment reconnecting the suction and delivery silencer air delivery pipe and electric connections testing on completion for satisfactory performance complete all as directed.

M&L for removing the Submersible pump set with motor from existing position shifting for repair work dismantle/ open removing the burnt winding cleaning of rotor/ stator rewinding the motor with 'F' class insulation super enameled cooper wire of size equivalent to the orignal winding insulated packing materials varshning drying incl replacement of both water seal compound both bearing fill with new etc reassambling the pump set installing back to the orignal position testing and comissioning to the full load for 4 Hrs continous running for the motor cap of motor upto 5.0 HP complete all as specified and directed.

Lifting and taking out the sewage submersible pump set and motor for servicinfg of capacity 5 HP including delivery pipe by dismantling nut bolt washers and rubber packing etc including disconnecting of submersible cable complete from the sewage sump /well and lowering back the pump after repairing and removing the sludge from the pump including making electrical connection with the existing panel /starter and connecting the complete the delivery pipe assembly with nut bolts, washers/ packing to the existing header without any leakage complete all as specified and directed.

(a) Carrying out minimum essential testing of sewage water as per relevant IS mandatory for chemical, odour, PH value,TSS, BOD, COD, total nitrogen, sulphate, oil and grease, ammonical Nitrogen (NH3-N) and Bacteriological total colliform organism and other characterstics as per relevant IS of sewage water. (i) Cost of sterilized bottle as required. (ii) cost of sample collection from Site to laboratory including transportation charges deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Material & labour for carrying sample for testing of treated water of STP and submission of detailed test report to the office of the Engineer-in-charge. Details are as under : a) carrying out minimum essential testing of treated water as per IS 3025 & IS 1622 mandatory for chemical , colour, odour, PH value, TSS, BOD,COD, Total residual chlorine, total Nitrogen, sulphate, oil and grease, Ammonical nitrogen(NH3-N) and Bacteriological total coliform organism per 100ml (MPN) and Ecoli in 100ml. (b) Treated sewage water shall confirm to the following characterstics:- (i) TSS : < 10 mg/litre. (ii) BOD : < 10 mg/ litre. (iii) COD: < 150 mg/litre. (iv) Ph: 6.5 -8.5. (v) Total coliform: < 100 MPN/100 ml (desired nil). (vi) Resudual CI> 1 mg/litre. Rest of the characterstic of the treated water shall be as per IS 3025 & IS 1622. (i) Cost of sterilized bottle as required. (ii) cost of sample collection from Site to laboratory including transportation charges are included in the quoted rate.

Supply, laying , jointing, welding & testing MS pipe ( Heavy duty Class 'C') including fitting as required of following sizes laid in treches, laying on floor or wall for connecting to various STP accessories and to connect outgoing water main from Non clogging submersible pump including taking down the unserviceable pipe all as directed by Engr-in-charge. Supply and fix in replacement of cast iron pipes with spigot and socket ends centrifugally cast 150mm dia size Class LA, in any length, laid in trenches all as specified and as directed.
