(v) Contractor’s quoted rates for Schedule `A' item No 9 is deemed to include for inspection/checking the serviceability of the fittings in position or by taking down as per site requirement, removing the damaged unserviceable / broken parts, fixing the new parts as required, fixing the fittings in same position or the other, connecting the fittings with electric source and testing of fittings as directed.

Taking down old unserviceable MS junction boxes from the pole with disconnectiong all connections, Supplying and fixing in position new Pole box made of thermoplastic Polycarbonate having IP65/IP66 degree of protection (shock proof, dust proof, jet water proof and acid resistive). The gasket should be internally embedded, and made of Polyeutherene. The boxes shall be tested as per IEC 60670-2/ 60670-22. The boxes shall have self threaded holes & provision for mounting din rail. The lid should be hinged type with sealing screw. The screw should be of stainless steel so that there is no corrosion. (ii) The quoted rates of the contractor includes for fixing the serviceable parts in position and replacement of unserviceable parts with new parts. The new replaced parts shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Sch `A’ as `supply only ‘ here in after under item No.29 but quoted rates are inclusive of replacement of small/minor parts such as nuts, bolts, washers, locking nuts, small springs, `O’ rings, screws/gaskets/ packing /studs etc. (iii) The quoted rates of contractor are deemed to be included cost of loading, unloading & transportation to and fro authorized service centre and machining job etc.as required (iv) The element for connecting to existing system and making DG set perfectly operational and testing at site connected load to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge shall be included/covered under the rates quoted in Sch A item No.101 here in above consider for Maintenance and servicing.

M&L in replacement of eathing continuity conductor to wall on batten or buried in ground or drawn in conduit or fixed to pole or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc, as required 20x3 mm dia copper strip, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replace of defective existing battery lead (Heavy duty) PVC insulated copper conductor single core multi stranded minimum 25 Sqmm one side fixed with clamp and other side fixed with brass battery terminal of heavy duty for 3 Mtr length (Set of two) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement of UNSV cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps and black plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nut,bolts and washer welding, bending cold or hot ,drilling holls for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclisive one primer coat one under coat and one finishing coat of paints complete all as specified and directed.
