Excavation in Foundation in ordinary soil (Loam clay, or sand) including lift upto 1.5 metre (5 fts.) and lead upto 30 m (100 fts) & including filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the bullding and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer-in-charge upto a distance of 30 m. (100 fts) from the Goundation trenches

Sand filling in plinth including supply of necessary quality of sand from a distance not exceeding 8 km. (5 miles) from the site of work and including watering, dressing etc. Rate to include cost of all materials, labour and T&P etc, rquired for proper completion of the work. (Rate is including Royality)

Cement concrete with 4 cm (1.5") gauge approved stone ballast, approved coarse sand and cement in the proportion of 6:3:1 including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

R.C.C In Sub Structure: Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana / Ordinary Portland Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads, but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement as per direction of the engineer-in-charge; for the following grades of concrete.

Mild steel or Iron for plain work such as reinforced concrete brought to proper shape as necessary including its bending with supply of steel with overlaps & wastage also required for proper completion of the work as per E/I SI No. 504

PVC Pipe 63mm for Weep hole

Supply and laying of empty cement bags filled with local earth sand and carriage up to site of work including stiching loading and unloading stacking and also including supply of all material labour T&P required for proper completion of the work etc.as per direction of Engineer In charge.

Providing cost of dewatering including cost of boring, laying of 4" dia P.V.C. Pipe, Hire charges of 7.50 K.V. Deisal pumping Set, Hire Charges of P.V.C. pipe & cost of 4" dia plastic pipe for disposal of water as required distance also including wages of repairing leakage during operation with hire charges of tractor including loading and unloading of pumping set.

Providing Barricading for three days with sall ballies having vertical posts (dia 10-15 cm.) at distance 2.1 mtr. c/c and horizontal ballies (dla 7.5 to 10 cm.) in 3 rows including digging holes for fixing vertical post and binding with nariyal rope complete. Height of vertical post should not be less than 1.8m above ground level and it should be minimum 0.45m belaw ground level. The job work includes erection & dismantling of barricades and also includes reffilling of dugged holes after dismantling of barricades.
