Taking down carefully unserviceable/burnt copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, (fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, socket etc to be measured separately), and keeping aside for taking in account of credit and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Point wiring complete with 1.5 sqmm single core PVC insulted FRLS cable 1100 volts grade with multistranded copper conductor drawn through and including 20mm dia PVC rigid non metallic PVC conduit with all accessories such as internal bend, end caps, etc complete fixed on walls/ceiling/roof/etc by means of suitable GI saddles/Spacers and including provision of 1.5 Sqmm single core PVC insulated FRLS cable 1100 volts grade with multistranded copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor, fabricated steel terminal box made out of 1.6 mm thick MS sheet concealed in walls with 3mm thick bakelite top cover sheet, ISI maked with chromium plated screws and cup washers for housing the switches , socket outlets, fan regulators etc, complete all as specified and directed. for the following :-

(a) One light point controlled by one, one way switch.

M & L Painting of Metering Box (Inner & outer) of size (660 x 625 x 150) mm at site by removing the electrical connection of meter and refix at site after painting by synthetic enamel paint by spray painting including filling cavaties with filler, cleaning removing old paint scraping with emery paper, making all electrical connection and refixing meter by providing new bolts, nuts and washers complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down ceiling fan 230 volts 1200/1400 mm sweep any make for undertaking rewinding/greasing /oiling, reassembling and testing after repairs/greasing etc and hanging to its original position and connecting complete all as specified and directed. [Note:- Material and Labour elements catered under Item No 51.00, 54.00, 56.00, 58.00, 59.00 are not included in this unit rate]

M & L re winding of ceiling fan motor 1200mm any make of fan with super enameled copper winding wire of existing size including cutting and getting out old burnt winding, sleeve work, varnishing with E class insulation varnish , threading ,connections with twin core copper flexible wire of suitable size of length not more than one mtr with each fan including re fitting to its original position ets complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down exhaust fan heavy duty any make /size 300 to 450 mm sweep for undertaking rewinding/ greasing and reassembling after necessary repairs & refixing the same in its original position and connecting complete all as specified and directed . M & L Winding of exhaust fan motor size 300 to 450 mm sweep with supper enameled copper winding wire of appropriate size including cutting of old winding, varnishing threading connections with 3 core PVC insulated & sheathed copper flexible wire of size 40/0.0076 mm of lenght not more than one mtr complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and replace capacitor AC 400/415 volts 2.5 mfd complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replace ball bearing set of two for ceiling fan 1200mm sweep complete all as specified and directed.

Painting of ceiling fan at site with synthetic enamel paint by spray painting including filling cavaties with filler one coat after cleaning removing old paint scraping with emery paper, washing and applying one coat of red oxide paint etc and marking MES No on the ceiling fan complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for fixing machine/Installation details board made out of flex with iron frame inside the installations, made in flex of approximate size 3 ft X1 .5 ft with digital printing the equipment/installation description as given by the department complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Vinyl sheet indicator of size 75mmx 50 mm including printing/engraving the letter not exceeding 20mm height to identify the incoming and outgoing circuit of panel complete all as specified and directed.
