Taking down tarfelt with cement plaster from roof surfaces and lowering and removing the same to a distance exc. 500m and n. exc. 900m incl roughening of old concrete suirface of roof by wire brushing and cleaning the surface to remove all loose dust etc complete all as specified

Demolition of precast concrete block/brick walling built in cement mortar of any description etc complete all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster any description on brick or stone wall etc including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified

Dismantling of cement concrete of any size, position and any description complete all as specified

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for grils.rails etc complete all as specified

M&L for water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab including parapet comprising of the following course of treatement / specified from bottom to top (1) 10mm thick screed bed or bedding layers in cement mortar (1:4) in order to maintain proper slope over existing roof surfaces for applying single component acrylic polymer modified, finished even and smooth without using extra cement mixed with water prrofing compound (2) 25 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) mixed with water proofing compound and laid on RCC slab as base layer for roof treatment roughening the top surface of concrete by using broom sticks while the concrete is green (3) Applying Bituminous primer @ 0.40 Ltr per Sqm over plastered surfaces of roof including parpet surfaces. Bituminious primer shall be 'Tar Mastic' manufactured by M/S STP LTD or 'EMW FLATE' manufactured by M/S Texsa India Ltd. (4) Over the priming coat laying one layer APP based polymeric membrance of approved manufacturer, 3 mm thick of weight not less than 3.60 Kgs/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyester fabric weight not less than 160 gms per Sqm. Polymeric members shall be taken to a height of 60cm (minimum) and then inserted inside the groove of parapet wall and shall be finished by a membrance flashing. (5) Application of two coat of bituminous aluminium paint over the polymeric membrane after necessary preparation and cleaning. Note :- (i) Laying APP based polymeric membrance shall be done by torch on method or as per manufacturers instructions. (ii) A minimum overlap of 100mm shall be made at the end and 75mm shall be made at the sides of the polymeric membrance respectively and sealed all ovelaps and joints as per Manufacturers instructions. (iii) APP based polymeric membrance shall be "SUPER THERMOLAY" manufactured by M/S STP LTD or MOPLY FP manufactured by M/S Texsa India Ltd.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs, slightly rounded or chamfered on edges, mixed with liquid water proofing compound @ 200ml per bag of cement, finished even and smooth on exposed concrete surface without using extra cement complete all as specified (Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of BOQ schedule 'A').

M&L for cutting out cracks to 'V' section (shape) in existing roof slab terracing cleaning out and filling solidely with cement and sand mortar (1:1) by weight complete all as specified

M&L for Plain Cement Concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in water tank platforms, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified

Taking up or down steel water tubings and fittings etc complete and making good disturbed surfaces of walls/ceilings etc complete all as specified of following bore:-

S&F steel tubing medium grade, galvanised with fittings fixed complete to walls and ceiling or in floors complete for the following:-

S&F in repair 500 ltrs capacity rotational moulded polyethelene water storage tanks (cyclindrical vertical with closed top), triple layered hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I including connecting up pipes securing access covers etc as specified

S&F in repair 20 mm bore Ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & highdensity plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed, (minimum weight 210 gms) complete all as specified

Disconnecting existing tanks of capacity exc 250 Ltrs and n. exc 500 Ltrs, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs with all necessary fitting as required, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in same position after cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc complete all as specified

M&L for framed work such as grills, gratings, etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walkways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe. 290. Gde-E-165 complete all as specified

M&L for providing plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C1,(using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate), as in copings, bed block for filing hollow space of steel chowkhats, fixing of hold fast, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, Copping, slightly rounded or chamfered angles & throating as directed including necessary form work as required complete all as specified

M&L for brickwork with sub class B old size bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6mtr mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified

Supply and fix in repair PVC (SWR) pipes 110mm dia,type 'A' conforming to IS, single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints laid in trenches or floor complete all as specified.

S&F in repair 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) bends any radius fixed to PVC Pipes/Steel Gutters etc complete all as specified

M&L for rendering 20mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) in two layers of 10mm each using WPC @ 3% by weight of cement in finishing layer on brick or concrete surfaces finished even & fair complete all as specified. (Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of BOQ schedule 'A')

M & L for preparing new Plastered surfaces of walls and finishing the walls with two coats of Acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade for New work over and including priming one coat of exterior primer over coat of 2mm thick (avarage thickness) wall care putty all as per manufacturer's specification and as specified.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel or iron surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified

Surface dressing n exc 15 cm deep for adjoining area in soft/loose soil complete all as specified

Excavation in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified

Removing excavated material (soil) n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified

M&L for Plain Cement Concrete (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified

M&L for RCC (nominal mix) 1:1.5:3 type A-1 grade (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) for slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified

Use and waste of form work to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) for flat fair finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 6 mm to 8 mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends & binding with & including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or secuiring with clips equality conforming to TMT bars complete all as specified

M&L for hard core of gauge not exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and leveled in layers not exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface using broken stone or boulders complete all as specified

M&L for preparing new Plastered surfaces of walls and finishing the walls with Acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coats applied @1.67 Ltr/10 Sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 Kg/ 10 sqm) complete all as specified Make of Weather proof exterior acrylic emulsion and primer : Asian Apex Ultima/Berger weather coat long life 10 NOTE :- (i) Weather coat shall be applied with Auto Roller, which consists of pump attached to the roller head and ensures a uniform feed of paint to the roller and also ensure any spillage on the floor and windows as in the case of a conventional painting methodology. Roller in coats comprises of vertical strokes upward and downward which together constitute one coat. A uniformly finished surface without patches, roller marks etc shall be obtained. (ii) The work shall be carried out through authorized applicator of the manufacturer. Contractor shall submit details of applicator for approval of GE prior to execution.

M&L for 25 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate), finished concrete surfaces even and rough to receive floor finishes complete all as specified

M&L for 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in plinth protection, path/ hardstanding finished cement concrete surfaces fair and even and filling the joints of plinth protection with bitumastic filling complete all as specified

M&L for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/ stopped ends etc complete all as specified

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified
