Earth work in excavation for all type of road structure such as retaining walls, breast walls, culverts, drains and parapets etcetera in all type of classification of soil, comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock , hard rock chiseling / wedging out rocks (where blasting is prohibited) as per drawings and MORD technical specification clause 305.1 and as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal of materials upto any lead and upto any lift including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable / approved materials to the original surface in layers not exceeding 150mm one hundred fifty millimeters) compacted thickness including shoring and strutting and pumping and bailing out water (surface and sub soil water) upto any depth and any quantum of water including cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade of reinforcement concrete excluding the cost of centering and shuttering finishig and reinforcement- All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (one cement : two coarse sand : four graded stone aggregate) 20 mm (twenty milimetre) nominal size including carriage of material in all leads and lifts and other incidentals complete and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, GST and all type of other taxes imposed by the Government.

Steel work in single section including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of lead paint in beams joists channels, angles, tee,flats with connecting plates or angle cleats as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlins connected to common rafters and similar work as per specification, approved drawing , design, as per the entire satsifaction and direction of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, GST and all type of other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 50x50 mm (fifty into fifty millimetre) including strengthening with 2 mm (two millimetre) dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers complete G.I. wire of dia 4 mm, PVC coated to achieve outer dia not less than 5 mm in required colour and shade complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, GST and all type of other taxes imposed by the Government.

Fencing with angle iron post placed at required distance embedded in cement concrete blocks, every 15th post, last but one end post and corner post shall be strutted on both sides and end post on one side only and provided with horizontal lines and two diagonals interwoven with horizontal wires, of barbed wire weighing 9.38 kg per 100 m (minimum), between the two posts fitted and fixed with G.I. staples, turn buckles etc. complete. (Cost of posts, struts, earth work and concrete work to be paid for separately). Payment to be made per metre cost of total length of barbed wire used With G.I. barbed wire and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (One cement: four sand: eight graded crushed/broken stone aggregate 40mm nominal size ) and curing complete, excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth including carriage of material in all leads and lifts and other incidentals complete and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, GST and all type of other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 mm (three point fifteen millimeter) thick welded with angle iron frame 30 X 30 X 5 mm (thirty into thirty into five millimeter) so as to give a fair finish including centering, shuttering, strutting and propping etcetera with wooden battens and ballies, in all heights of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work Square, rectangular or polygonal in plan etcetera and mass concrete including carriage of material in all leads and lifts and other incidentals complete and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level :1:1.5:3 (1:1.5:3 (One cement : one point five coarse sand : Three graded stone aggregate 20 mm (Twenty Millimetre) nominal size) including carriage of material in all leads and lifts and other incidentals complete and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, GST and all type of other taxes imposed by the Government.

Steel reinforcement TATA TISCO/SAIL for reinforced cement concrete work including strengthening, cutting, bending, binding and placing in position complete and binding all complete avobe plinth level TMT bar grade Fe-500 including carriage of material in all leads and lifts and other incidentals complete and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, GST and all type of other taxes imposed by the Government.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (Non Modular) bricks of class designation 7.50 in cement mortar 1:6 (one cement isto six sand) in Super Structure as per PWD specification. The rates are inclusive cost and carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals, as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, GST and all type of other taxes imposed by the Government.

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etctera complete Hot finished welded type tubes including carriage of material in all leads and lifts and other incidentals complete and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, GST and all type of other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing 300x16 mm (Three hundred into sixteen millimetre)aluminum sliding door bolts, ISI marked anodized (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868), transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with nuts and screws etc. complete including carriage of material in all leads and lifts and other incidentals complete and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, GST and all type of other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing 125 mm (one hundred twenty five millimetre) ISI marked oxidised M.S. handles conforming to IS:4992 with necessary screws etctera complete and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, GST and all type of other taxes imposed by the Government.

20mm (Twenty millimetre) cement plaster in single coat on rough side of brick/ stone masonry for interior plastering upto floor two level with CM 1:6 (One cement : Six sand) carriage of material in all leads and lifts and other incidentals complete and as per the entire satisfaction and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, GST and all type of other taxes imposed by the Government.

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr (one point four three liter) /10 (ten) per square metre over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) (two point two zero kilogram) /10 (ten) per square metre) including carriage of material in all leads and lifts and other incidentals complete and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, GST and all type of other taxes imposed by the Government.

Painting steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint of required shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr. (zero point nine zero liter /10 (ten) Per Square Metre. Over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr (zero point eight)/ 10 (ten) Per Square Metre. of approved brand and manufacture including carriage of material in all leads and lifts and other incidentals complete and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, GST and all type of other taxes imposed by the Government.

Supplying, Installation,testing and commissioning of LED street/compound/high mast/pathway/landscape light complete in all respect and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, GST and all type of other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing aluminium hanging floor door stopper, ISI marked, anodised anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour and shade, with necessary screws etctera complete.Twin rubber stopper and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, GST and all type of other taxes imposed by the Government.

Stone soling properly hand-packed filling interstices with Kharanja stone and consolidating with power road roller to the requested gradient and comber including spreading watering and rolling of binding materials moorum or earth etc. complete as per HP.PWD specification. 100 mm spread thickness (finished work including materials and labour) as per the directions of Engineer-In-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate including the octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sales tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying 60mm(sixty millimetre) thick faciory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. all omplete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.The rate is including octroi, royality, GST, toll tax, or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated plain cement concrete in foundation and plinth, as per drawing and technical specificationi section 800, 1200 & 1600 for nominal mix 1: 5: 10 (one cement: five sand : ten graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimeters) nominal size and curing complete, including the cost of form work in Retaining Wall, Breast Wall etcetera, complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge; as per the drawing and hauling /carriage of labour, equippments and materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads, lifts and other incidental complete in all respect. The rate is including octroi, royality, GST, toll tax, or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing weep holes in brick masonry/stone masonry/plain or reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100mm (one hundred millimetre) dia P.V.C. pipe extending through the full width of the structures with slope of 1(V): 20(H) towards draining face complete as per drawing and M.O.R.D.technical specification section 700 & 1200 and as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge .The rate is including octroi, royality, GST, toll tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Back filling with granular material behind abutments, wing walls, return walls and retaning walls complete as per drawing and M.O.R.D. technical specification section 1200, 1600 and as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads,lifts and other incidentals and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge .The rate is including octroi, royality, GST, toll tax, or other taxes imposed by the Government.
