SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I :- Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 metre wide and n.exc 1.5 metre deep and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc 25cm, complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated material to be distance n.exc 50 metres and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m high from the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting/boring of roads for laying of pipe of any type and size and making good road by providing soling with broken boulders or quarried stone, WBM of existing thickness and finally topping with bituminous macadum of existing thickness (bituminous macadum comprising of stone chipping and cold emulsion as per manufacturer's instructions) including necessary compaction by rolling etc. to match existing, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M & L for cleaning of water storage tank under ground type having size 3mx3m and height 2m of capacity 4000 gallons ltre capacity at USNS near slate godaam. The cleaning shall be carried out by taking cut all scale, dirt and gravel deposited at the bottom and removing sludge at a distance not exc 15m from the top circumference of the tank complete with water by adding bleaching powder to remove moulds, fungus etc and making it neat and clean, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M & L for Cleaning of uderground storage water tanks/ sump having of size of tank 25.70 metres x 45 metres and height 5.70 metres of capacity 9.24 lakhs gallon from inside taking out algee scale, dirt and gravel deposited at bottom of tank and to be disposed off to a distance not less than 15 metres from top circumference of tank including cleaning and removing sludge, algee from existing gallery of beds and removing moulds, fungus etc with water mixed with bleaching powder, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

All as per Srl item No 6 above but of size of tank 18.80 metres and depth 3 metres of capacity 2.0/1.51 lakhs gallons, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

All as per Srl item No 6 above but of size of tank 18.80 metres x 12.60 metres and height 2.90 metres with partition walls of capacity 75000 lakhs gallons including back wash tank and intake chambers, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

All as per Srl item No 6 above but set of 2 Nos of sedimentation tank of capacity 75,000 gallons, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (40 mm grade atone aggregate) for support of main line from main reservoir to USNS 4000 gallon capacity tank including LSNS & BOS area and repair of 4000 gallon tank, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Taking up AC pressure/ cast iron water mains/pipes (including all fittings), with spigot and socket ends/ flanged ends and lead joints including burning out joints and recovering lead, including disconnecting pipes and fittings complete of size 100mm dia, complete all as specified and directed.

15mm bore bib tap standard of PTMT any colour high pressure screwed for iron pipe and fixed. (Minimum weight 15mm-90gms), fixed in repair, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Ferric alum solid cake type (25 Kg/piece) material best quality for water treatment purpose, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Supply only Best quality AQUA FIT (Calcium based granular disinfectant for water treatment, more stable than chlorine gas and stronger than bleaching powder) in 45Kg packing plastic drum, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. Make:- Declibac/Purichlor or equivlant in makes as approved by MES.

Refixing old steel tubing pipes with all fittings (such as sockets, bends, elbows, unions, tees, diminishing pieces, caps and plug, Tee, short pieces, connectors back nuts etc) for 15mm dia pipe, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Serviceable pipe obtained from srl Item No 32 shall be reused.

Refixing old steel tubing pipes with all fittings (such as sockets, bends, elbows, unions, tees, diminishing pieces, caps and plug, Tee, short pieces, connectors back nuts etc) for 20mm dia pipe, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Serviceable pipe obtained from srl Item No 33 shall be reused.

Refixing old steel tubing/ CI pipes with all fittings (such as sockets, bends, elbows, unions, tees, diminishing pieces, caps and plug, Tee, short pieces, connectors back nuts etc) for 25mm dia pipe, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Serviceable pipe obtained from srl Item No 34 shall be reused.

Refixing old steel tubing pipes with all fittings (such as sockets, bends, elbows, unions, tees, diminishing pieces, caps and plug, Tee, short pieces, connectors back nuts etc) for 40mm dia pipe, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Serviceable pipe obtained from srl Item No 35 shall be reused.

Refixing old steel tubing pipes with all fittings (such as sockets, bends, elbows, unions, tees, diminishing pieces, caps and plug, Tee, short pieces, connectors back nuts etc) for 50mm dia pipe, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Serviceable pipe obtained from srl Item No 36 shall be reused.

Refixing old steel tubing pipes with all fittings (such as sockets, bends, elbows, unions, tees, diminishing pieces, caps and plug, Tee, short pieces, connectors back nuts etc) for 80mm dia pipe, complete all as specified and directed. M&L for cleaning of under ground/semi under ground tank of capacity 1.5/2.0 lakhs gallon ltrs capacity by adopting following mehods:- (i) Taking out the water from the sump with the help of monoblock/submersible pump set and removing accumulated sludge and solid particles etc deposited at the bottom of sump and removing the same to a distance not exc 15m away. (ii) Washing with clean water with bleaching powder solution by rubbing with wire brush on all side walls, dome portion and bottom of the tank and removing girts and other deposited materials complete inside and from the outside of sump and wash with two coat of cement wash, plastering internally with 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 and flush pointing externally in the same moratr. (applying two coats of water bound distemper making it absolutely germ free), complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Painting of Valve Pit covers, sluice valves and pipe lines inside of valve pit including inside wall of valve pit with requisite colour marking good condition including preparing surface by cleaning, rubbing and making surface smooth for painting and applying two coats and a coat of primer of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Repacking stuffing box of sluice valve spindle including taking apart and reassembling ensuring no water leakage by providing new gaskets, gland dori, nuts & bolts etc for smooth functioning of valve of size 150mm, complete all as specified and directed.
