Comprehensive maint and servicing of electrically operated Goods lift of capacity 2000Kg, with a speed of 0.5 M/sec with single speed motor 415 Volts + 10%, 3 phase, AC 50 Hz supply, conforming to IS 14665, with variable voltage & variable frequency drive (VVVF drive) to travel ground to six upper floors with 7 stops and 7 landings with all standard accessories, microprocesor based simplex automatic and manual dual controlled operation with or without attendent, ARD System, centre opening doors with door drive (Electric motor driven mechanism), 128 beams infrared sensor 4 in full height of door & built in announcing system with hand set, car illuminated with 6 numbers 3 watt LED lights (3 Nos Light connected with emergency battery system) including replacement of minor defective and unserviceable minor parts during contract period attending to breakdown as and when intimated including necessary periodical safety checking and testing of lift as mentioned in relevant code of practices/IE for the safe and efficient performance of lifts installed in Gandhari Building at INS Dronacharya. (1 lifts for 8 months, ie, 1 x 08=08 months) Make : Thyssenkrupp Notes for item Nos 1 to 13 :- (i)Consumable items such as cabin LED bulb of existing wattage and minor spares are deemed to be included in the rate quoted. (ii) All necessary minor spares such as Guides, Rollers, Pulleys, Limit Switches, Door Weights, Sheaves, Door Locking Unit, Brake motor coils, Lubricants, Gear Oil, Relays, SMPS, Belts, Bushes, Bearings of any type, Connecting cables etc shall be deemed to be included in quoted rates. All Lift Rooms shall be secured with 65mm locks with three keys. (iii) Date of commencement for the Comprehensive maintenance & servicing of lifts for BOQ item Nos 2,5,8,9 & 13 (08 months) shall be as directed by GE. No extra claim on this account shall be entertained.

M&L for VVVF Drive 415 V 50 Hz 3 Phase 11-15 KW suitable for passenger/goods lifts incl making necessary connections from controllers and ensure smooth operation including taking out old unserviceable VVVF Drive complete all as specified.

M&L for Automatic rescue device Single phase 1 KVA to 1.2 KVA complete assembly incl installation and commissioning as directed suitable for passengers/goods lifts including taking out old unserviceable device complete all as specified.

M&L for UPS unit not less than 1600 VA 230 V Single Phase suitable for upto 65 Ah SMF Batteries incl making connections to ARD and Cabin Lighting and Fans including taking out old unserviceable UPS unit complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Batteries will be measured and paid seperately under relevant item.

S & F SMF battery, 12 Volt, 42 AH including taking out old unserviceable battery complete all as specified

M & L 4mm thick aluminium chequered plate as in 8 passenger lift car flooring with necessary fittings including taking out old unserviceable car flooring complete all as specified.
